Just to clarify, I will not claim today. Doing so will only help the mafia pick their targets and possibly better avoid being caught as the difference between what a tracker or watcher can see is important.
As far as I can see it, lynching Ichabod is the only play today. To trust anything else is taking a huge risk. Ichabod keeps talking of there being a second SK, so what's to stop him killing someone and blaming it on someone who may or may not exist? Additionally, if there is a second SK, that means a possible three deaths tonight which could gut the village and leave them having to lynch two SKs who can't die at night. Whether there is or isn't that second guy that Ichabod claims, he simply has to die. We have so long left in the day that we can spin our wheels so much that we lose focus, but it's not worth it. I'm happy for us to use this time to try and shake some branches and I get people talking, but claiming today is not a good idea. Let whatever night kills clear up a claim or two and then claim when we don't have a stone cold lynch to rely on. Anyone advocating a reveal now is only making it easier for the scum.

As for the idea that those interactions were manufactured, imo that's reading a little too much into it. Arguments between two players are rarely completely natural, and an argument can be a little unnatural while still being genuine, if that makes sense. He could not know I killed someone for certain from whatever town role left. Watcher/tracker would only show that I visited Adrien, but for all TT knows, I could be the other tracker/watcher and just visited Adrien using my power. The fact TT said I killed someone, not that I visited someone, nor that I visited a specific player, is pretty telling. He revealed the one thing that he couldn't be sure of with a watcher/tracker role and left off both things a watcher/tracker role would know! Notice how he, in none of his posts, says I went for a specific player! I was dumb at the moment of my reveal, saying who I targeted and making things simple for him and, for that, I apologize (well, guess no one would believe me disproving him either). Trust me on this, villagers. TT is the other SK. There's just no reasoning behind claiming the way he did against me and his play is incredibly scummy throughout the whole game. All the shananigans about not claiming when he was under suspicion is pure SK play, afraid of counterclaims (why do that as a tracker/watcher?). The crying about the hider role was likely because he wanted to claim bulletproof villager and was looking for a way out of the arguments he made a bad choice. I'd be glad to shoot him tonight, if you guys want and let me live. otherwise, just promise you'll lynch him before the game is over. |
