Screw it, I don't have time enough to do a thorough job of this. Hang me if you want. Find out I'm the doctor, and them hope you're right. Or hang Fenn. He looks a little suspicious, but nothing has really triggered anything until now. Or better yet, hang Qg. He has looked suspcious as hell all game. Look at my above analysis, and realize if there is only scum, we also have a potential dayvig to deal with. Get your votes in quick, and hope for the best. Best of luck to you, I'll try to look in before tomorrows deadline, but it's fairly unlikely I'll make it.

I knew it was him. What questions were there to ask? And what ones did I ask that he then refused to respond to? If day 3 - honestly, I don't remember that. Could you quote whatever you're talking about? Refusing to mount a defense is always silly. Doing it at lylo is sillier still. Stating outright that you're not going to defend is very much so. I very much doubt there's an inconsistency in my response here.

Putting some thoughts down...
If Qgqqqqq is town, then: -A Mafia Roleblocker exists and has targeted Q every night (makes sense if Q is Cop) -So Jabbz must be Mafia, and Roleblocker if he's alone If Jabbz is town, then either: -A Mafia Strongman exists, and Q is lying if there isn't also a mafia Roleblocker Or: -A Mafia Roleblocker exists and has targeted Jabbz every night (no way), and Q is lying If Q is mafia but not Strongman, Jabbz is almost certainly Mafia if there's two scum, as the likelihood of there being a Roleblocker that targeted Jabbz every night is very low. In a 1 Dayvig scenario, Q or Jabbz has to be scum and with the votes as they stand, if the Dayvig shoots me right before deadline then Jabbz/Q will hang and town will probably lose. Possible remaining scum roles are 1 Goon, Doctor, Reflexive Doctor, Strongman, Roleblocker, Ninja and 1-Shot Dayvig, so 1-shot Dayvig is not very likely to exist. I would still recommend not leaving your vote on somebody who isn't Q, Jabbz or myself.
As an aside, a Dayvig being able to basically get two kills by shooting at the last moment and getting somebody else lynched with 1 or 2 votes because vote on the dayvig's target are null and void is a little abusive of the time and voting mechanics imo. It's like people with power roles posting full roleclaims one minute before night ends so they don't get NK'ed. It's especially unfair to people who can't be online at the deadline for whatever reasons and encourages sitting on the thread at deadline F5'ing.
Just seems against the spirit of the game. Maybe restrict use of Dayvig powers near deadline and the same for posting at night near the deadline?
Hmm not sure about this switch from Fenn.
Worst case right now is we have 4 village 2 scum. We lynch a scum great. We get this wrong and lynch jabbz/q in error, we get to 3/2, then after a night kill i assume we cant stop get 2/2. mafia then get 2 chances to win a vote through brute power and win, hence essentially thats LYLO We get the Fenn lynch wrong and he revenge kills a village its 2/2, then scum kill and win We get Fenn lynch wrong and he revenge kills scum, then we get 3/1, scum kills to 2/1 and we still have a decent shot at this. Given I still think Fenn seems scummiest I suggest we stay on him. |
