Aaaaaaaaand this is why I don't enjoy information-less Day 1s. rolleye

So you agree with dtay, or what? You're still voting for him, but I don't see anything scummy about his play so far.

What does this mean? What are you trying to say?

I had in my mind when i got killed early as villager due to mismanaging my village role, (macho seer, WW20), but overall yeah it's not bad being nightkilled. Though I'm much more likely to be lynched than nightkilled anyways :P

Oh yeah, I forgot I had had a joke vote on him last. I agree that I don't think his play is *scummy*, though his idea about day 1 lynch still seems weird.

I don't really feel super happy with anyone for a serious vote yet. Though it'd be fun to OMGUS vote ROwain cause he always gets under my skin. smoke I suppose I could go for Qgqqqqq for now, cause I'd like him to explain his rationale for the vote evening I mentioned earlier, though I don't feel confident that that is *scummy* per se

Don't think Adrien is all that suspicious for the self vote but it did need to be pointed out. Happy with his response, we should cut people some slack for trying to have fun and make jokes in the game.

Mattimeo's post on dtay (his only post, even) is a bit of a forced case. I have to agree with sunrise and Rowain, dtay's plan is something I'd object to on metagame grounds, not "this is scummy".

I could go for Doctor Saulus; he's been quite reticent for a supposedly esteemed physician. After losing the last game I see the value in making lurkers talk, every town player should be contributing reads and such if they have the time.

I don't like the silence from several people. I hope they will speak up during the next hours.

I still think BRick is scum but apparently that doesn't get much support so Mattimeo

Since apparently my scheme isn't getting off the ground, should stop my joke vote.

Except now I kind of like my joke vote as a real vote? I think all the attacks on Adrien are silly and a case of just saying <events happened>, why did they happen <precisely as events happened>, conspiracy! Even though the events HAD to happen SOME way and the way they did happen isn't particularly more suspicious than any other way they could have been. Maybe just villagers being eager to provoke reads, but people... stuck with this way too long. Wolfy lack of concern for actual scummy-ness of suspects. So Qqqqq and Fenn, and need to recheck for those who didn't vote but just kept talking about it.

Also Qqqqqqq fits with the policy lynch idea of kill those more useful to wolves. Even forgetting prior skills, stated necessity of quasi lurking makes Qqqqqq a far more useful player for the wolves than for the village.

But I can come back to it. Putting vote on Dr. Saul for lurk-mode. Vote likely to be temporary if Dr. Saul stops lurking. Am also somewhat weirded out about the worst to first movement of Dr. Saul, but I guess makes sense since everyone else is also capable of noticing the lurk.

What do you mean by worst to first exactly? Just that a bandwagon formed?

Noted Fenn's retraction, missed while posting.

Retraction seems weird. Not sure why really any response changes perceived scummy-ness of the initial joke. What did Adrien explain that wasn't obvious from the outset? "Uhh it was a joke". If you bought the explanation I don't get why it "did need to be pointed out".

If the point was "well it wasn't THAT scummy/strong of a read and I need to move on" sure, that makes some sense. If the point was "the explanation actively changes my perception of how scummy this was" it doesn't to me.

Yes.

I voted Dr Saul not so much for the lurk as for his post which didn't make any comment on the game at all. And it might be hypocritical because there are probably others who've done the same, but his is the one that stood out for me. I'm happy to keep my vote on him until something happens though.
