I can see I cross-posted with a bit. It does help to get some explanation of what you thought about the zak push.
Honestly, if I am scum I know Matt is scum. Why on earth would I hedge? I'd want the full bounty of town points for that, wouldn't I?
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Basically, I found his disappearance suspicious. I think really active D1 followed by very quiet D2 is a common scum thing - you got yourself out as a talker, it will take a while before you lose that rep. Also had some concerns about his level of tryhard on D1, as stated on D1.
Also wanted to take a Rowain lead out for a spin, because y'know, Rowain.
fwiw i did think about those concerns, just don't see why scum would be more attuned to managing town's perception of them than a townie, you don't want to get lynched as one and you don't want to get mislynched or distract the town as the other. Everyone in the game has an incentive to avoid looking scummy, some just have it easier.
Mostly was just mildly busy yesterday (though not actually too busy to participate), and then i reacted to no talking with "ugh I can't find anything interesting to say without reading through all of day 1 again", which is obviously unhelpful but it made me put off engaging.

I think the implication is that you'd hedge so if there was an opening later you've left yourself an out to jump off matt onto someone else.

dtay how do you feel about Jabbz? You don't have to do a full write up, but I do think your investigation of Fenn was good.

I didn't like him d1 cause of the Saul wagon. Zak flipping town makes me even more suspicious of him, because I thought there'd be max 1 town involved in that and now it's def not zak (though I was always more suspicious of Jabbz). I don't remember what else he's done offhand, he's on my list of people to reread, though I'm about to be afk for a few hours.

Lewwyn's answer is what I kind of thought, but that just doesn't fit with his actions well. The timing on the Mattimeo vote is really a risk if they're teammates. There's still a lot of time to save Mattimeo by pushing me. Gaspar would have be playing a long con as a wolf. And in that case, Gaspar's right -- why would he hedge as scum? So I think Gaspar as town is the more likely answer.

I began to wonder why scum killed zak. His death made it clear beyond doubt that we had a scum vs town run yesterday.
So I thought maybe there were more scum on the Matt-waggon who now try to make us look only on the zak-voters (which as far as I see has happened so far).
As I pegged Adrien + Gaz as town + had a townlean on sunrise (which given his activity so far starts to evaporate )
there were following Matt-voters left:
Gaspar, dtay, Jabbz, novice, BRickAstley
That post from dtay

in light with the above said made me vote for him.
That aside
I would like to hear from novice. I would like to hear the result of his readthrough from Gaspar.

I'm leaning to that conclusion as well.
@Rowain: So Jabbz fits your scum busser criteria. Does he ring any other bells?

This seems obvious but not a reason to not start wityh the zak switchers. Given the majority of people were on Matt and I doubt the scum had everyone switch at once there are almost certainly deep cover Matt voters. But rooting them out is harder at the moment because well, what do you challenge them on? "Why did you vote for Matt?" "He was lurking and scummy, and then ended up scum", "oh".
Versus there are clearer lines of investigation and inconsistencies to look for with the zak switchers.
