If Zak was clearly a wolf for tunelling on you Day 1, is Novice clearly a wolf for doing it Day 2?

Yeah, sure. Roles can be repeated. This isn't relevant though. The scum team is 3-4 players based on any realistic estimations. Do you really think Commodore - a very creative person - would have half or over half of the scum team sharing the same role??? That's just shitty and uninteresting game design - especially in one this small.

If Commodore is assigning roles and alignment separately, why couldn't two scum have the same role? Doesn't that rule explicitly state that he didn't "design" a role composition for each faction? I think throwing a spanner in meta lynches was the point behind that rule.

Really have to agree with novice here. Though Q has been pretty consistent about being unsure about role stuff this whole game it seems.

AdrienIer put Fenn tied up there on the block, and has kinda been active without being active in his last few posts besides that if that makes sense. Seems to have mostly been meta stuff and some more slapfighting with novice. And his main reason for voting Fenn and tying him up with 90ish min to go is because he's not posting a ton and said he didn't feel decisive enough? The first part is funny cause Ad's game has felt similarly sparse (He's actually the sparsest poster except for Mattimeo and Sunrise!) And there's a big difference between how decisive you feel after 5/6 days of a info reveal heavy game vs. 2 days of this one.

I'd say AdrienIer for now, mainly because if Lewwyn/novice continue to fight with each other that should be enough to get better reads on each of them.

I have noticed the irony of attacking Fenn on inactivity when I haven't participated much, I'm on a much needed one week break right now and I've spent my last days doing absolutely nothing, being completely passive in everything, including WW. I thought I had a good reason for attacking Fenn, I stand by the fact that he had low content in his posts until he was pressured, and the other cases hadn't convinced me. I'll repeat myself here saying that Q did a reasonably good D2, also Jabbz is still in the same mood as last game, at the same time angry and disheartened, which seems like a continuation of town-Jabbz. In the end I was tempted to go after Novice but I dislike last minute wagons on principle.
Can you tell us why you think Q had a good day 2? Cause I didn't really see that.

I'm something called "knower of boots" or something similar. Basically I see if anyone save myself has visited a player that night, though I don't learn their identities. It might involve the previous night as well, I need to check that, but irrelevant night 1. I checked Saul because I thought he might be visited by a village pr and I'd be good to confirm. No one visited him save me.

Ah, it is Knower of Own Boots. And I do see if anyone has visited this night or the previous. I felt like there was a difference to Matt's role, but doesn't seem to be.

This whole process of claiming really just sounds super fishy to me. Asking for permission from Rowain first for something that you think is weak anyways? And I do know you're sharp, and even though you haven't been around much (which is fine), you were certainly on right after Matt's lynch cause you posted, and you didn't think to confirm that his similar sounding role to yours was the same in the 3 days since? Very sketchy.

And then as soon as someone mentions the possibility of roles being potentially duplicated and maybe you aren't 100% scum you fly off the handle, which sounds worried that others might think that way too.

Good as in not bad, nothing stood out as scummy or really wrong. Things like post 559, that aren't great but have some kind of analysis of the situation. Scum could write that kind of posts too but his D2 is made of stuff like that, that don't make him lean more scum than before while not being good enough to lean more town. If he's scum he'll become a target by elimination at some point, if he's town he should up his game a little but he's on the right track.

My guess is that following that Saul post (not that I have an opinion on Saul right now, not anymore anyway) one or two scum decided to take a chance and jump in on Zak, but bad luck/timing made other people jump in at the same time and the wagon looked unnatural. The only one I kind of like is Lewwyn, he arrived super late and decided on almost no info that Zak was scummier than Matt, even going as far as stating that he had "town lean on Matt". That could be some weird WIFOM but it looks genuine. Out of the four other members of the original Zak wagon, there's a convenient wagon on Qgqqqqq that I'm happy to join.

Reread Q and Novice for now. I don't see what others seem to see in the Q case (at least I don't see a compelling case, just a few indirect arguments and they're not enough). I get some town vibes and some (small) scum vibes, so I wont be voting for him right away.

As each day passes you want your cases to have more content, at the beginning of D2 I was content to vote for Q but after rereading him there are enough good things to be said about him that I hadn't noticed before or that happened after the first post (like Q doing a relatively good D2). That's what I mean by "some town vibes and some (small) scum vibes".

Who's your case now AdrienIer? Cause I haven't seen you make one since the beginning of day 2. All of your posts from day 2:

So I got that you pushed Q and then wanted to look at Fenn instead, but you still think all our candidates from yesterday at scum. Come today I don't see you pushing any of the ones that fit your theory. But the biggest problem I have of the posts I quoted is that you go from making a case against Q, having it be your own case, taking ownership for it, but at the end of the day the attitude is "I dont know what you guys are talking about". It's like you're trying to suddenly make the case be somebody else's idea -- I mean yeah, other people are against Q, they're owning it. But like Brick says, you're just kind of gliding by.
