[Spoilers] Ceterum Peter censet Carthaginem fore triumphatrix - Adrien + Miguelito

Good thoughts, will just add some of mine.
- if we think we can get MoM, silk city should be founded a few turns earlier than calendar, as just the forests won't do, we need pop there, and hence a (non-chopped) granary.
- reg barbs opt-in two might be better ad that way the spear stays on the coast and can get to Hulk in 1t with the galley if need be
-chopmine the hill, yes. Chop goes into the granary

Ah you're right about MoM city, even if it's just for one forest.
I'm really tempted by the music route. I know it's a bad idea but it's so tempting. Please make sure I don't talk you into going that road too soon. CS is definitely the best choice for our academy cap.

What I forgot to report:
There is a barb citysouth of emerald. We could load two axes on the galley in about 5t and try to raze it. What do you think?

Yeah I saw that when I took a look in the game, it's worth a try and it's not like axes are going to be of any use if THH or AH attack us with chariots. But it depends on which units are defending the city, it should be warriors which is good but there might be an axe.

Good turn!

Barbs at least have not gotten worse:

next turn I hope we get rid of the issue for a while. Imagining all these could be axes in some turns, Great Wall seems quite appealing.
Also seen: We got hinduism dancing. Poor gods had to wait in heaven for quite some time. It fell in TOS, which is ok, especially considering that eventually we could get a Wall Street shrine. I would have preferred GD for the culture to get the silver tile, but we'll just have to wait till Moai, and it's not like we had excess workers tzo connect it right now.

THH settled this city, in respectful distance to Hulk, good. However, the dot north of the waters would be worryingly close...

Demos are improving nod

Bad news of the turn: GD grew, but despite granary did not keep 50% food. I don't get it, the granary had finished a turn earlier and the city was working on a lighthouse. Ah well, nothing we can do about it. After one more turn I want to 1pop-whip that worker and go straight for another one (maybe one turn on lighthouse if it means we can get back to size 4; or do we just 2pop-whip next turn and build the second worker with the overflow?). I realized that just two workers is a little short for chopping 6 forests into mids rolleye

btw if THH keeps refusing to connect copper and defending his cities with .5 warriors on average, we might not raze that barb city but Nanjing. I want peaceful building, I love his trade routes, but he's relying a lot on our good intentions. All these warriors he might be building will be great for his HR. And he might not be building even warriors, but just settlers, workers, and buildings.

You have to fill up the granary before it gives you its bonus, you want to build it when the bar is half full so it fills up before growing. Thought you knew.
More workers on the mainland ! As I said a few turns ago we haven't had a lot of opportunities to move them around so no regrets, but we really should get them there ASAP.

played. Everything went well with bars, Mardocs borders show to the SW, eot we got THH's graphs. Not going to report en detail right now, hopefully in the afternoon.

Just looked at the turn, do you want to chop the forest SW of Pfeffi for the mids ? Or should we keep it for the MoM ?

Good point!
I hadn't considered the possibility... How safe do we feel about mids? Scouting more of Al/Mardoc land will help to assess that. I haven't even done the numbers on how many hammers we need from chops, but I will before next turn. How many hammers so we get from chopping the third ring forests? Also the one where we want to found the copper city eventually, which is still out of borders?
