Lots of family over today, so I can only do quick posts off and on. I will have 100% guaranteed free time though in about.....17 hours (my monday morning), so I will deliver the promised analysis of novice vs AdrienIer then. So far though based on everything I have read (and Lewwyn made good affirming points too), I think novice is very much a better target of the two.

I really think we should discuss other people claiming before I put all my cards on the table. I've got:

Brick - Collector of Much Evidence
Novice - Sleeper in Bed
AdrienIer - Sleeper in Bed

Don't think we've had claims from the Jabbz, Dtay or Sunrise. Is that right?

And I think most players will agree that you don't have more town cred than Dtay, Jabbz or Sunrise, so there's really no reason delaying.

Saul can wait until you're dead, novice, I don't mind if he wants to explain more right now but we're in no hurry. Sorry for the lack of posts recently I've been busy and even when available the prospect of rereading Jabbz Dtay Saul BRick and Sunrise (or even some of them) has made me avoid the thread a little.
I'm pretty sure lynching novice is the right choice here, a BRick trick doesn't make sense if novice is town.

Holy wall of text... If I reply line-by-line noone will read it, so here are the important points, quotes in italics:

As a general comment almost everything you're bringing up has already been brought up and I've already responded to it before. So you could just as well have included my defense while you were at it.

You claim I wasn't pushing Q on day 2 (although I "came out swinging against him", according to you). We've been over this before, I pushed whenever I had time, and I argued the case on its merits. In one post you quote I finished with "Q is a formidable scum player who doesn't hesitate to tackle bad odds. He can talk his way out of anything and he knows it. So he would try to save mattimeo, and hope to talk himself out of trouble if the attempt failed. Don't let him."

That is not true in my opinion. Q was the one who made a campaign out of it, and he was the one doing the cheering, asking me for my vote, etc. Q admitted as much himself.

You say I distort facts, but don't give any examples of a distorted fact.

"What happened to AdrienIer, somebody who novice thought was scum in day 1 but dropped in day 2" - Adrien never incriminated himself further beyond the day 1 tells, and those were worthy of day 1 suspicion, but not day 2 suspicion.

Correct, lurking really wasn't why I was voting Q. I never said it was.

More likely than what? I don't see how that sentence relates to the previous ones? I put in a late vote on Mattimeo as a choice between Mattimeo and Zak, as should be obvious from context. I never claimed any town points for it and I never received any.

Is there anybody whom Saul doesn't find scummy who sees anything confusing about Saul's claim? If so, please ask him to claim in full. Don't point out the confusing aspects to Saul until he has claimed his role and day/night actions in full.

Actually, please ask him to claim in full regardless. There's no reason he shouldn't at this point.

JSYK I hope we decide your claim and result is reliable, Saul. That would at least let us lynch BRick after me with reasonable confidence.

Novice, quick question for you:

If reading as town novice, I've been surprised by your tone sometimes this game, especially end of Day 3. Do you think you've been acting ordinary and I'm mis-reading you, or is there something else going on?

I don't know, Sunrise. I was conflicted and a bit paranoid, and in general I hate being on the block, especially when I'm innocent. I've never been mislynched, you know, so this game is promising to be an ignominious first. (I'll rationalize it by saying scum manufactured a scan on me.) In fact it's not just getting mislynched, I hate having no town cred whatsoever. I apologize if I've been rude or anything, with a lack of town cred, crassness may follow.

Saul, a question for you: If your ability had unlimited shots, who would you have targeted if you had to choose between Zakalwe and Mattimeo?
