So in this case I've been killing all those who suspected you all game long while leaving dtay alive last night (the only one really against me) and killing Saul instead (who suspected you more than me) ?

Well of course you killed Saul last night, he was the only person with a usable power role of some sort left.

Also does someone have an explanation for why I would let Lewwyn be killed by my teammate, when he put me in his super town column ? Wouldn't that be the dumbest kill possible ? I could have waited for the night before LyLo if I was scared of him.

Because Lewwyn was obv-town at that point, and he was leading the scumhunting charge. Counter is that he also suspected Novice. So, I don't think it's a strong tell either way, but I do think an explanation isn't too hard to see.

I had a large fit when I thought I had missed a day and the lynch was in 3 hours. Fortunately I figured that out.

I'm leaning voting for Brick. 'Lynch all liars' and he was certain on Novice driven by his scan. That feels like a "at worst it's a 1-for-1 trade and if we get two mislynches even better" gambit to me.

That said, there has been so much back-and-forth between Adrien and Brick I really need to read it closely again to wrap my head around all of the points made today.

And BTW I shouldn't be paranoid but Jabbz's absence from the early day discussion doesn't have a good ring to it. If he's scum he's going to use that to bus BRick if he has to or finish me off if he can.

Sorry I can't do much to aleviate this AdrienIer, other than to say making meta excuses for being absent from the game would be, to me, cheating. Why bother playing if you're going to cheat? I do feel bad for not participating as much, especially as town, because now I'm very suspect (who am I kidding, I always look scummy, so would be suspect anyway) and will throw off the town convo tomorrow, assuming we make the right lynch tonight.

Lynch all lairs != being incorrect. I'm not saying that he is town, but that line of analysis is really scummy. You seem to be doing that a lot (relatively speaking, since you are posting so little[what was that? pot? kettle? Jabbz?]) lately.

So then. Either Brick or AdrienIer are scum. Or Commodore gave someone a bastard role. Should make for an entertaining discussion tomorrow. We know neither Brick nor Adrien will die tonight. One has to be scum, and killing the other would just make it clear which was which. Dtay is a pretty good candidate I think, based on his reads, unless he is scum, then obviously he is safe. Sunrise and I are safe, as we have spent too much time lurking, and make good (miss)lynch options. Saul seems to be a good lynch target, for much the same reason as dtay. That's everyone still in if I'm not mistaken. So Saul and dtay need to make clear their arguments/reads/etc in the next 24 hours.

There wasn't a lot of options on the table for night kill. Besides which, almost every argument you are making can be brought down to WIFOM.

Expresses way more confidence than "lets have a discussion about the results of my night action." That extra confidence helps push the lynch in a certain direction. Town of course can do that, but I view it generally as "you get one" because if you don't punish blind and incorrect overconfidence it's too easy for scum to mimic.

I will now be the first to admit that I shouldn't have been so hasty and overconfident. But I had just gotten a successful fire of my one shot ability, and the other 2 suspects were dead and the other most villagery player in my head at the time, so in the heat of the moment I didn't see any need for further consideration.

Fair enough Brick. It's certainly something where there can be a town and scum read on it. I promise to look at you and Adrien with an open mind, but my above feelings on the novice scan reflects my starting point.

This isn't actually accurate, I'm pretty sure Saul ended night saying "the safest lynch in Adrien" (with much uncertainty because, as he correctly noted, there is no silver bullet here). His most strongly held belief was that you're both scum, but that isn't really relevant to deciding which one of you two lynch.

Makes it easy enough to explain killing Saul from either Brick or Adrien's perspective. Maybe killing me would look too blatant. Maybe killing me and flipping me town kills your main theory (to that point anyway) of how Brick could be scum. Or maybe it's just Brick and he wanted my vote to stick on you. Point being, there are tons of explanations for the NK from either of your perspectives.
