Hey, got it working, thanks to Krill and Xenu for their help. If anyone is having the same problem that I did (You see this big blue configuration window superimposed on the game after you've logged in), what I had to do was move "Full_of_Resources_3_00.py" from "C:\Users\GermanJoey\Documents\My Games\beyond the sword\PublicMaps" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization IV Beyond the Sword\Beyond the Sword\PublicMaps". My game with the file in both directories - I actually had to remove it from the C:\Users\yadayada directory before I could play.
