WW37- For Whom the Bell Trolls

"Last time" was day 1 when I was busy lynching Goreripper, remember?
You spend your entire post engaging with Lewwyn and discussing his points against you. Then you drop off a vote on me in the final paragraph. Classic scum behaviour. If you find me scummy, why aren't you responding to the points I brought up against you?

Although worst case, if the setup is cult-based there may be just Goreripper and one other scum present on day 1.

Hellooo, cult leader. How convenient that your scenario for there being a cult is an obviously implausible one - good way to claim later that there isn't a cult after all.

Once you flip scum, you mean? Or what is it you're envisioning happening that will let me claim there is no cult? I'm mentioning a worst case scenario.

Also I thought you were the one who was arguing that there is no cult, and that the cult message is disinformation from a player?

Overall:
(March 15th, 2015, 02:40)Jabbz Wrote: I'm good at stupid!
He's got that right tongue

'Joke' half of d1 he spends chatting around, posting heaps but not saying much.
Initial engagement with Lewwyn, over Agnes' train, and comments regarding it. They 'happily' argue past each other for the next 6 hours or so. Not entirely fond of how quickly Jabbz arced up over Lewwyn's apparent misinterpretation, as I believe I already commented to the effect of. But then, I wasn't paying all that much attention to last game once I got lynched. Was he that quick to go on the defensive when minorly prodded then, too?
Back after sleeping, apologises for being 'grumpy'.
First real comment about anything not-Agnes-wagon: agreeing with Rowain that Goreripper should have been enthused with his claimed role, not bored.
The consequences to Lewwyn's vote caused by drunkenness + sleep are "more than a bit odd".
Back to shitposting Agnes-wagon. To be fair, prodded into continuing by Agnes.
.
'Who's on the block?'/general reads post:
- case on me is bad
- understands Goreripper vote, but disagrees based on 'he could be useful if he want to be'
- agrees with the case on Gazglum, and votes it, citing vote switching and inconsistent arguing.
- dislikes novice wagon, primarily due to Gazglum being on it
- Lewwyn scummy as hell (see previous mention of 6+ hours 'friendly' disagreement), but drunk and asleep so shouldn't wagon d1
Wants to know if I can self target.
Doesn't want to risk tying the vote between me and Goreripper.

Immediately raises cult (mentioned in the write-up)
Continues vote on Gazglum from yesterday.
Good reasoning for not attempting to no lynch yesterday, despite saying it would be preferable.
Restarts the ever engaging Jabbz-Lewwyn debates! This time Lewwyn stands the accused, over claims that he would have switched off me, to Gazglum, if he was not drunk and asleep approaching deadline yesterday. The expected shitstorm only lasts an hour before Jabbz begs off, claiming a need to sleep.
Not likely to contribute much due to apparently rather debilitating illness. Seems to be going round a bit, afetr I woke up bright and early to be around for lynch deadline on Tuesday I had some trouble as the day progressed.

Conclusion: Noise to signal ratio rather high. Seems to restrict usefulness to the approx. 2 hour period before lynches.
Doesn't feel particularly scummy, but can't really pick out anything that indicates he's particularly better than anyone else to keep around.

When using incorrect or non-standard usages of widely understood terms, it's generally an idea to state as such when you initially use the term, rather than waiting until someone assumes you meant the, you know, actual meaning and then having to justify your own usage.

I have given two town reads.
For someone who seems so critical of my posts, you could do with, you know, actually reading them.

Though, fun turnabout, where are your town reads?

Mattimeo, you're voting Dtay, who said in advance that he wasn't really going to contribute to the weekend. Do you think he is actually the most scummy, or is it just because he's not posting?

My own read on Dtay is pretty much the same as what Zak said - null read, and slightly unlikely that a scum would draw heat by announcing he was going to move his vote at a tight deadline, then just not bother.

Well, I guess I can't argue the point if you say you didn't mean what I thought you said. But even then, why were the votes on Novice bad play? Or are you saying that we were attacking him for HIS perceived bad play, in which case, why is that unwarranted?

Does this mean you think there are more than 1 team with knowledge of other members? If you are recruited into Team A then you would only have knowledge of other teammates if you were originally on Team B.

My understanding is that having 2 teams would be unusual and therefore your statement implies some level of knowledge that we don't share?

Woof woof Novice. I still think you're scum. I just don't believe that Right Mind Novice thinks its a good idea to kill Goreripper and then says that he can't find scum tells in this game.

Lewwyn, didn't you still have a third suspect to sell us?

You will note 'potential'.
Regardless, I cannot credit, even in a role madness game, the *only* scum faction being a cult.
It reduces the game to either "lynch this single person" or "it's actually impossible to win unless there is a town-aligned full vigilante who is never turned."
If there is a cult, there is a more mainstream scum faction as well, who failed to hit with their kill last night for whatever reason.

I never said that, Gaz. I said I didn't have many leans, but that I had a scum lean on Fenn. After rereading I said that I was not much wiser, and voted Fenn.

That's three times that you've misquoted me. You now officially suck.
I have to run.
