Shadeun is getting a bye from me today, Dtay isn't a bad option though. He would be the safe play given his lurking, but I think Fenn has a better chance of flipping scum.

I think you guys are overestimating the effect of coaching, by the way.

I really don't get Pindicaters point on Matt, either. As a revealed role, with no others en extant, I can certainly see the rationale for protecting himself.
I need to read up on Fenn, but I at least thought he got town points for breaking the tie.

Fenn, you were saying that the message was a null tell in terms of hinting at a cult. I disagree with that. But you still left the door open for a cult, just based on the general premise of the setup. This is strange. In my mind, the message is a much stronger indicator of a cult, but you're dismissing that as a null tell, while still betting on a cult based on random speculation about the setup.
And then, later in the day, you go "helloooo cult leader"?
That suddenly sounds like you're very sure that there's a cult. Unless you just wanted to throw some dirt?
I didn't dismiss the message entirely (if it sounded like I did, then my bad), but I don't think it's wise to put too much stock into it considering we can't be sure if it came from the GM, an informed player or an uninformed player. I accused novice to see how he'd handle being called a cult leader. His response only makes him look scummier in my eyes, trying to insinuate that I've contradicted myself.
I'm not sure about Scumglum, but if it comes down to it I'll vote him to at least get us a No Lynch.

Ah OK, so it was a pressure vote?

I agree wrt Matt, in his position I'd be tempted to protect myself as a confirmed townie rather than anybody else whose role and alignment are uncertain.
Agnes, the case has been made that No Lynch was at least close to as good an option as lynching Gorerippe, and scum would have reason to want him gone as well as town (eg; reducing the non-scum population).

Wrong dtay is not playing (or appears to do not). Shadeun is playing and he plays the noob card far too often to my liking.

I mean, I've never really faced a situation where a noob has had no help from his scum-thread, can you imagine a composition that would make that work?
And if so, doesn't that kind of mean that your opposition to this is predicated on a rather narrow field of players being scum?
2 possibilities:
a) Inexperienced scum or scum with little time ( dtay, fenn for example)
b) smart scum: Play free so we can say "he clearly is not coached" if the shit hits the fan. Wouldn't it be very bad advice from scum if the coaching becomes visible?
So zak, Lewwyn or maybe you .

I'm saying that novice was a dead lynch. If not when it was tied at 4/4, then at least by the point it reached 5/4.
Quote:I said in a perfect world I would prefer a no lynch AFTER the event, because YOU asked me. I wasn't talking about it at that point, I was asking the people who were online to vote Novice. And at a deadline where I have to partially focus on my own safety, I am not going to try and play cute by voting someone I don't want to hang in the hope of tying a lynch, because this gang deadline dance like drunken wedding guests. As you said to me, yourself!
In the page after Fenn votes and before the flip, you don't say a thing until after the lynch happens. You certainly weren't clamoring for a novice lynch at this stage. Are you trying to say that you didn't think of a no-lynch as an option?
Quote:Plus Agnes, are you comfortable with the fact that your co-workers on the Anti-Glum bandwagon are a man who is clearly not reading the game and one who has been unable to play today through sickness?
No, very much not. But the day has been pretty static on all fronts.

Sorry, I shouldn't laugh, in case you're town. Suffice it to say I don't believe you would start calling me names to gauge my reaction in the middle of pushing a serious case on me.

Well, all very subjective.
