What Commodore said - it's set up to be automatic. From what I remember, You send save to the tracker, tracker sends to next player (possibly multiple addresses eg. You and me). At tracker address save can be downloaded, also current player is shown (and how long (s)he's current  ).
Commodore... is it set up for this game, or it remains to be done? (if, so how)?

(if anyone cares, the password is the (three-word) name of the expansion we are using for the game, no spaces or capitals).

Ok, so I have a fixed save from Commodore (that I am yet to open).
I play T0 as before, save, and hit enter.
An autosave will be created.
I then send the autosave to rbpbem66 [at] gmail [dot] com (thanks, LogicalTautology  ).
Have I omitted anything or missed any steps?
Again, sorry for my turbo noob ways.

Definitely don't send it to the Gmail account yet. I'm still waiting on two confirmations (yourself included, actually!) and so have not set up the forwarding chain yet. Just e-mail it directly to the next person and do what you did last time.
Edit: Waiting on alhazard and DTG to confirm the Forwarding. Then I can set up the tracker e-mail and we can find someone to host the tracker.

I confirmed before, and just did again. The confirmation:
rbpbem66@gmail.com may now forward mail to dtgciv4@gmail.com
