You'll probably get an immediate war declaration if you plant this city near a neighbor:

He's only done 16 films though so we will run out of names after we conquer Krill.

This is allegedly a test game, that's a problem to worry about later.

Ah sorry. Was thinking too much about where the next scouting unit would go when, of course, we're not going to have spare units for a long time.

I don't think I've seen those films. What about great moments in WW, or the moment in WW that characterized that game for us? Starting with the mindstapling, of course wink

Heh, I didn't realise that WW15 was the first game for the both of us.

I think you'll need to do a summary for those of us who haven't read all the game. What's mindstapling?

I really think that's Bricks story to tell. "The Stapling" is probably a better city name, though.

In WW 15 I was a wolf, with an ability called 'nerve staple'. This ability as told to me said "You have the ability to perform a nerve staple, which will prevent all drone riots. Once per night you may target a player, and if that player is a drone he will lose the ability to riot for the rest of the game."

There were 3 drones in the game, and their riot ability was a 1 shot ability to be immune from anything happening to them at night.

So I claimed this ability naively on Day 2, not quite realizing how bad it might make me look. So I went full bore saying that it must be an ability to catch out a wolf that had this riot out of the three.

So we lynched the first one... Turned up village.

Lynched the second one later on.... Turned up village. That night afterwards I used the ability on the last one, "to deny the known wolf his chance to use it".

The following day I had every single other player voting for me... But by the end of the day swayed enough people off me to stay alive.

The last day we lynches the third and last drone, who turned up village, and me and waterbat finished the night out with a win.

Scouted a little more north. Some nice corn up there. I'd like to circle around clockwise but i think fog reading that the land E of our capital is a peninsula so we might not wrap back around south. Though we can find somewhere to settle N there so maybe it's not as big a deal.
