WW38: The Story of the Stories

I think some analytical thinking is needed here. What information do we have ? Lewwyn is someone's neighbor, and Rowain thinking that Shadeun deserves a scum point for "feeling lonely", which is very slim. Therefore nothing that can help us catch the culprits.

But we have one last information, that was always present : we know who we are. Which characters are most likely to be evil schemers. We can try to work out who which character was most likely to be picked by BRick as part of that evil group.

I'm not completely certain it's the best way to spend the day, but the complete lack of content in the first 24h is depressing. Roleplay is nice but here it's really detrimental to the actual scumhunt.

Brick from the setup thread, "Jabbz tells me the character names and I randomly assign their alignment."

Anyways, it's usually the latter 24 hours where things start to move in practice. Fortunately we have plenty of detectives around, so it should be only a matter of time before they will come up with something!

Well, Sherlock Holmes already made a case, it seems. Do you not buy it? Should we not follow up on that smoking bush, errm, gun?

I thought you were all about soaking your hands in blood red ink. You're being very passive, so far.
If you know what I mean.

With 2 out of 17 still missing and 5 (6 if one counts novice) others just making 1 meagre post scumhunting becomes difficult.

I fear "kill the lurkers" has to become Modus operandi here.

Oh you're right Meiz the alignements are random, only the powers are related to your character.

And with a total information very close to 0 "kill the lurkers" is not the worst way of doing this. Even if they're town and get lynched you can try to spot those inconsistent in their lurker hunt.

Also we have some time zone issues I think with USA not really awake until now and Aus/Asia asleep?

For the moment I am partial to the moses read. Can't trust a man who steals a dead mans staff and then talks to a burning bush?

An interesting to thing to think of would be why would you have a 'neighbour' mechanic that seems to have no purpose at this point? Just a paranoia/fun to have thing?

Meta note: As mentioned on signup thread, I'll be shifting from UK to Australia on Wednesday night so will be out for 24 hours on plane. Am going home (Melbourne) for brothers wedding smile

Oh yeah I almost forgot to mention it here : I'll be taking the plane to NY next sunday so don't expect me to participate too much then. I might get some time to read/answer at the airport but no promises.

Just quite surprised by the development (also that a mechanic has been revealed this early).
The will to necessitate neighborly conversations is common or is not uncommonplace within the realms beyond. For a madness of roles neighbors are seen often.

One of two neighbors is oft ten a scumishly knave as well! Fitz reveal forth your talking shy one and we shall let his liver breath the free humid airs of this place!

Unless the RB WW meta changed while I wasn't looking, "kill the lurkers" has never been a priority. Quite the opposite actually, as every game with sunrise ever attests.

I have two abilities. One of them is a day ability. No neighbors.

Fishing for roles?
No. I have a neighbor and both of us have abilities outside our neighbor role making me think its possible there are multiple neighbor pairs on top of everyone's given roles.
If it was not clear to your orbs of vision from before what I wrote above in saying I also do not have a neighbor.
