At least you would be good as Salame d`asino

I agree that trying to get things going is generally helpful and pro-town. As town points go, they are very easy to grab, though. Both Lewwyn and I made a play for them last time. That said, I have no complaints about Lewwyn and feel pretty good about AdrienIer so far. But maybe Meiz is a little too eager to award town points?
(Or maybe not. Mostly I'm just trying to get things going. )
If you know what I mean.

Being able to share ideas and coordinate with somebody in private, even if you can't trust them fully, seems useful to me. If you keep up the conversation with your neighbour it can be possible to figure out their alignment, it's harder for scum to appear innocent in a 1-on-1 conversation IMO. I don't have a neighbour myself though.
Will keep my vote on Jowy for now for want of any better ideas. Though I think the fact that he and Ichabod haven't made even a joke posts indicates they simply haven't been on.

Novice: the influence scores are said to be randomly (d6) generated. Or do you think Brick is playing a deeper game. That the lies are seeded within the form of the game.
Realistically, lets ignore influence scores and what the man says we are. All this self improvement and influence focus is masturbation. Now self destruction...

Ah I see, you want town points as well?

Is it not a clever thing that Lewwyn, alias FitzChivalry Farseer, does? He claims to be a neighbor- a painless and simple task for any scum- and gains village credit while confirming or disproving for the existence of other pairs. For the disproving of a thing can be as valuable as the awareness of it. And do not think that I have concluded that he is *not* a neighbor, Piter, for he surely is. But why would a scum neighbor not hasten to claim first? There would be no advantage in such a decision. No profit. No, better to reveal before his partner, to claim the greater share of the reward. There is no risk. Most cunning. I sense the hand of a Mentat in it.

It's true that the influential people have more power if they decide to switch at the deadline to tie the vote. But in the early game you don't want to lurk too much and in the midgame a good argumentation is usually more efficient if you want to turn the tides. In a situation where I'm really hesitating between lynching a 6 and a 1 I'd probably lynch the 6 just in case, because a wolf 6 is more dangerous than a wolf 1 and both have the same probability of happening.

As do I. And I wonder where he acquired the staff that he is carrying. It is, of course, a trifle, but there is nothing so important as trifles.
Note how thoroughly incinerated Gandalf's book was. That requires an external source of fuel; something more than just the pages of the book. Something to get the fire going properly. Like a pile of twigs... or a bush.
