Not trying to be ungrateful by purpose, but I do not see where Gazglum gets the town read on me. I'd understand if it came from my general play or whatnot, but it's a very specific read on a point that should be a null read IMO. Also what was your thought process for suggesting Lewwyn's neighbor as the target for today?
Fenn and Lewwyn said they were voting you for your lack of vote/engagement, not any specific scum tell. So the easiest way to get them off your back would be to just make a vote, which is what I’d do as a wolf in that situation. You continuing to not lay a vote in your response was kind of raising the finger to them, and would be a pretty confident wolf move. And lo, they're still voting you!
My thought on neighbours is that they are a GM's favourite way to provide entertainment, and if we have one neighbour pair and a 'neighbouriser', its more likely than not that one of the three is scum. From my perspective, better odds than focusing on the whole 17 of us.

Do you really believe that, Gazglum? Like really, really? To me that sounds very dubious.
NO, not particularly, but I was just trying to make sense of it. I think it's more likely that he just made a joke in the same post that he flicked Jowy for doing something similar, which makes the mild attack on Jowy (Molach's first of the game) seem less genuine.

If there is an universal wolf book that suggests this, didn't you consider that surely the wolves would avoid it? In any case, I did vote quite soon afterwards. Perhaps you simply wanted to avoid the popular wagon.

Guess you were not around when the Drone-incident happened? In fact I think it was Scum-Brick who got all three town-drones killed, since surely one of them had to be scum.
Any suspects besides Molach & Jowy?

We stand here 3 hours from end of first day and there are a whole lot of people with a few joke votes and not much contribution otherwise.
Is it worth considering that the low participation rate suggests the wolves are pretty happy with where we (well you guys) are pointing the finger now?
I read the Meiz accusation and I think as a whole it reads a little bit scummy (2 posts about town points and the tone of them DID feel like that). HOWEVER, my job makes me pretty dispassionate about these kind of reads and I think there would be more people jumping out of the woodwork to defend him. I don't know Meiz as he didn't play WW37 so am happy to defer to people who think they have a good read on him but maybe we are veering towards a mistake?
Will be posting more and try and read through some others posts here but I am not under the illusion that we will gather a steam on a new person from here until the deadline.
I am just thinking/typing here without too much introspection but I suppose I will need more convincing on Meiz.
I really did not like the Jowy joke and that would be perhaps my best tone read but I still like picking from amongst those we know are A) good players and B) haven't participated much.
Thoughts anyone?

Catching up.
I'm not going to out my neighbor yet. Maybe he's scum maybe he's not, but its more useful for me to evaluate that in a vacuum and for me to see what other people's reads on him are without being tainted by the meta of being my neighbor. I mean its only Day 1.
Not sure what to think of Meiz's vote because its not a bad vote. Could be a bit of buddying on Gazglum's part, and yeah I didn't like "let's lynch Lewwyn's neighbor". What happens if my neighbor is innocent? Will you try to lynch me next? I disagree heavily with a meta lynch. Suspicions by meta can be raised, but I think there has to be a reason beyond that for the lynch. If Gazglum were to vote for my neighbor, without knowing he was my neighbor, because he suspected his play as scummy, that would be much different.

Sounds like a wolf trying to ease his way onto a wagon.

I am still liking Fenn as a lynch for his overall low profile, weak pressure votes, and lack of meaningful contributions. Like I said before, I think it matches his wolf play from the last game. Obviously not a strong suspicion but it's a scum lean.
I don't feel like defending anyone very strongly either, but I don't think any of Meiz, AdrienIer, Gazglum, or Molach have been more scummy than Fenn.
I'll be leaving my keyboard soon.

Yes it does, actually. Looks a little better in context, though.

Mnnnn, whatever you'd like. Eventually we'll post our chat logs I assume.
