Honestly I'm not sure how much your neighbor reveal matters. We cannot meta clear him IMO.

I wouldn't be bothered by a day of poetry, so long as it's transient. So I guess I volunteer. Do you have any other night actions that are useful for town? That mysterious neighbor sounds a lot like Mattimeo...
If you know what I mean.
Have you asked the mod for confirmation?
Masons always know their friend is a town There must be a reason for this formation Falsely assuming might lead to a frown (April 15th, 2015, 07:52)zakalwe Wrote:(April 15th, 2015, 07:13)Jowy Wrote: One more thing before the song ends A bard has his secrets like anyone here One point for the thumbs, another for volunteering Yet one for the fishing I'll make disappear Tomorrow with me you shall be singing
Suspecting me is pretty dope, I have to say. A guy really tries his best, but no one gives a damn if he's not a hot-shot with a Cadillac and wearing a stupid suit and tie. That's all people seem to care about, really.
I'm on board with lynching novice. He's lurking the hell out of the game and cozying up to Zak. That's what I think he does as wolf. I don't believe in Jowy and I would lynch him, plus he hasn't played the game on day 1 when it mattered. Mattimeo is also playing badly, what with that "did you roll wolf?" question and voting Molach and not helping at all. Adrien, Shadeun are still good lynches. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt to Zak, because he pointed a finger to Gazglum before anyone else, IIRC, but other than that, he's also not helping much. Pindicator also comes to mind. Useless vote while he was online at the time of the lynch. Generally unhelpful other than to bother me when I suspected him. Pretty nice chance of phony, now that I think of it. Krill hasn't played so far, so null tell. The others are probably good for now, I think. If you reveal at DL and he drops dead next second it would look bad for you in my eyes. How much do you trust your neighbour now? @Jowy I would be happier if zak can't hide behind poetry tomorrow but your call.
I think you shouldn't give away your neighbor's right before deadline, I don't think you're dying tonight.
Why are we discussing Lewwyn's neighbour? Who the heck cares? It's just cluttering up the thread for the rereads later. No offense intended, but, c'mon, really?
(April 15th, 2015, 02:08)zakalwe Wrote: I also like Lewwyn's lack of opportunism with regards to his neighbor. Gazglum's main push of the day was "lynch Lewwyn's neighbor", which suggests that Lewwyn's neighbor is innocent, and Lewwyn handled that very nicely by saying that he'd consider revealing the neighbor if Gazglum could independently point out something scummy that he had done. So in short I like a lot of what Lewwyn has done. The only thing I dislike is the fishing for a late Zak wagon, which was (potentially) a display of opportunism. I think that had a decent chance to succeed, and incidentally I was offline when he made that post and would not have been able to vote in self defense (though to be fair he couldn't know that). More importantly though, there's nothing to lose in airing the idea, and very much to win, with Gazglum on the block. Still, I can imagine some town reasons for this play and I'm sure he will come up with one of them. I don't follow why any of the above gives Lewwyn village cred. I can see the argument for the anonymous neighbor looking a bit better for having attracted the malevolent gaze of the Gaz, but Lewwyn's play continues to make perfect sense as scum. In fact, if he knew his neighbor was town (by being himself scum), then he'd have even more reason to defend him, and to stage a little Good Cop / Bad Cop conversation with his scumbuddy. I thought Molach wasn't a good lynch. It doesn't follow that I would then conclude Gazglum was. Not unless you are operating from the scum's viewpoint of knowing everyone's alignment. And I wasn't "doing nothing", I kept my vote on the person I wanted to lynch. |
