Why not attack THH in the poorly defended southwest front?

Thanks. He already has pikes there and if we do so, he can heal his 20 Knights in that area first then wipe us out since we will be spread out very thin. In addition, attacking that knight stack 1st hopefully takes 3 former Miguelito cities and slows his conquest and his counter-attack. Unless we start taking cities, there is no way to catchup. Need to build more infrastructure like libraries fast as well. Too bad Elephantine cannot afford to build a marker/grocer.

oh the best plans got ruined. I did not think THH would attack this turn but I see that Miguelito did not have enough gold or beakers to 1T engineering and build a pike on each of his threatened cities. Oh well. Backup plan is start GA in 3T then I think we have to get bureau and mercantilism for the civic change then built Taj and get MT and gunpower at the end of 2nd GA. Or we could fight to the death if THH doesn't accept our counter-offer. At least Mardoc has no inclination of rebuilding a military. This game is so lost now but I will play on to see if conquering Mardoc will get us back to parity.

I just realized that if he doesn't accept, I can revolt to confu EOT to annoying him even more. Then I think I will ask for at least 240G.

I don't think this will end too well for Mardoc, but to take advantage of the situation, I need more knights. I just hope his FP city is intact when the peace treaty ends, but that city is culturally crushed by the buddist Holy City, I might attack THH front instead. But regardless, need more knights.

Also I am growing Alexandria to its happy cap since I will starve capital and that city during the upcoming GA to get a scientist/artist and a merchant.

Ok after thinking about it this is even more tough then i thought. Definitely want 3 more sets of knights for 30 total when thh peace expires which also means no bureaucracy for a while. Should i just start a ga while in vassalage? I would be ok also saving gold and before starting later Ga after building the 3rd set of knights except my huge fear is losing taj which would be game ending. Maybe research civil service in 2t then save gold and turn on tech starting ga? Another option is save 6t of research gold, start ga use 1st two turns on getting scientist/artist out of capital, then 4t of research on Nat. Need alexandria to grow to size13 before getting merchant also so that will take a while

I'm researching CS because I really need the farms to grow some key cities. After finishing CS, I will save 4T more turns of gold then start the GA running straight to Nationalism. Would be nice if it is actually a 4T research, but I doubt it even in a GA. I need to check overflow beakers to make this decision.

Depending on others research, i might just grab banking first anyways to run artists in border cities and try to hit thhs border cities in the opening turn with 1 movers

As much I want to civic change to merchantilism on t1 of the GA, I really doubt that it is wise. THH is definitely saving up gold for the research and I am sure he has a city next to the peak like me to chop out Taj. Would have been nice if could have scouted further but leaving that tree tree there is a huge flag. Pretty sure Miguelito has no plans for the Taj and is instead preparing to get MT and NH for drafting.
I will likely have abydos and Pi-ramsses make 2 catapults each as well.
EDIT: Also GA starts after I build the Moai. With an incoming chop, it should take 5 more turns.
