I'm not going to be able to play this turn. Internet at home was disconnected and I can't get long enough online before the turn rolls. Unless "Foreign Powers" have influenced things, the turn can roll over me with minimal ill-effect.
Otherwise, could a lurker log in an make some obvious moves....
I can do it in a few hours. Any instructions in your thread?

I'm behind very weak internet at the moment so I could not pause for OH (just for safety). He should not need it, but in case the clock goes dangerously low we would appreciate someone pausing so that we get to finish our turn.
