Ooh, it'll be nice to see how Decius does now that he's lost cheap GM. Lighthouses are strong in Torusland, too, and GM make the Calabim possibly the second best naval race.

He did? Oh well, that was only one of the reasons for Org - Torusland Maintenance can be something brutal and I think that Org will pay off nicely in that respect giving more option on the frontline civics.

Because you don't put them all in a nice concise changelog ... and you haven't issued a new version since I started back and so didn't know the Courthouse & GM had been separated enough for Org to not give the bonus.

Had a brief look and assumed that the fact that it was still in 3-4 sections meant that they hadn't been consolidated. Noticed the strikethroughs on second look, but are they complete?

Yes. They only weren't because v9 was copied from a pdf, and formatting wasn't saved.

That being said, this is meant to show the differences between versions. So there may be bits contradicted by later versions, (such as Conquest at Education) so make sure you check recent versions.
