You should post that picture into the thread!
Does he have the tech for Cavs yet, or just short of money for the upgrades? Either way, it should be plenty & a half for taking us out. Where are you planning on making a stand?

Elum offloaded 9 of the riflemen 1S of ZIF, probably because caravel have a non-trivial chance of sinking his 5 galleons here. Which is great because instead of 15 rifles forking six of our cities, we only have 6.
