Stupid defensive pacts and shame on Krill signing them. He offered it to me couple of turns back, but I naturally declined.
Defensive Pacts should be removed from the game. GermanJoey got a city via culture flip from my island. He tried to gift it, but it is not allowed in this game. He had also emptied the city pretty much signaling I should take it. So I declared and took it. I should not have done it. I didn't remember that Krill had a Defensive pact with Joey so in the end I ended up also declaring war to Krill. I guess there is also some odd bug/feature related to this. Couple of turns back I checked and Krill had several Defensive pacts. After me declaring to Joey all of those Defensive pacts were gone and probably disappeared because of my declaration. so I guess this was game way making sure I declared only against the ones Joey had made Defensive pact and not against those who Krill did have. I would be really pissed, if I would have something at stake in this game. Well I don't so this is just minor nuisance and possibly a bit bigger one, if Krill does not accept my peace offer. Not gonna waste much time for war turns.
