Yeeks. Just because we knew it was coming, doesn't mean it doesn't still hurt like the dickens. Aaaaand that SoZ is in the Moai city seen at bottom there; it just became PRIORITY ONE TARGET before Military Science, because Joey is Genghis Khan, so the remaining 6xp worth of settled (Rep boosted even!) great generals he needs to make that a commando factory will be easy to come by. And in the meanwhile, I guess we better get used to the idea of Nav2 ships from the Zulu quarter.
 MoM/'mids guy getting the Great Library is only the second worse bit of news this turn, nice. But in the end, that is just a future challenge. We have our assets, too... Behold, Greater Inca:  The bigger they are, the harder they fall. Next turn, we embark on our next adventure!

...or, of course, Retep could just delete all his raiders. Okay, fair enough. Still have to cover cities/workers from that galley, but there is no profit in fighting Retep (#2 power) right now. Joey's got the right of it, cheaply eat side stuff and just slowly grow; HAK's got that plan too (just ate a third Borsche peninsula city, only one behind us).
 Commando factory progress: 1 of 3. Grimace's land...kind of sucks. Cities are starting to come out of resistance, but I think we're not about to crack that 15-20% margin in our crop yield lead. It's nice, but MFG/GNP matter too. I know Joey is in an (eternal) golden age, but that's not just telling tile yields there...city inspection reveals infra edges in both Zululand and Holy Rome. Need to builder mode for a bit.  MIGHTY POWER. TERRIBLE ENEMIES. WHOM SHALL PREVAIL? Guys, you have noooo idea how hard this was to resist. Joey with a wounded chariot, us with a CRII sword...would have been great. But the time is not now, alas and alack. Micro is pretty intense right now even in peace, though...anyone interested in me streaming one of these sometime?  All in all, a quiet turn of restraint and peace. Disappointing, I know.
