It's not worthy of being called diplomacy if you cannot talk. However, in this case I'm pretty sure that Krill is just bored and finding ways to buff up his civ as much as possible before the game ends and getting coal for free is one way to do that. He cannot win anymore so the only other thing would be to DoW BGN but I'm pretty sure Krill would consider that unsporting for multiple reasons.

The diplomacy in this "no talking" game has been an important factor! Consider Joey actively supporting TBS due to game long goodwill, and BGN being pretty antagonistic to half the teams... You don't need to talk to make friends.

If Krill is looking for something fun to do I've already provided a pretty good suggestion....hammer It would of course be pointless in terms of the game's outcome but Babylon vs. France at this point would be approximately an even match as far as I'm aware. Not that I'd really want to fight out a pointless modern war myself, but if Krill and plako found it fun, so be it.

That's by no way new behavior. I remember something similar happening in PB9 (and exploding into their faces), for example.

I agree that quasi-diplo actions have occurred but that's not diplomacy.

Modern war takes forever so there's no way Krill would go for it, Xenu.

So...do you guys think we should let Krill kill the lurker civ? Or should we prevent the paratroopers from being able to drop by covering those tiles next to the city? Both are dick moves, but...lol popcorn
