Settled 5th city on T61:
The place is never going to be that great, but I need the happiness ASAP as I'm REXing - also for that my vaults already give me -1 happy, and it'll go down to -2 soon.
Also RIP Kili near Amurite's land, he played clever with workers and was able to hit with mass:
Well, at least he killed 3 of them.
Also scouting SW with my scout revealed the other side of Amurites:
I can prove world round pretty soon, should be helpful with this map. Also notice the gazillion bears ![eek eek](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/eek.gif) . Should pick a few of them for extra happiness.

T63: Vent researched HBR already, so might be seeing centaurs soon. Still no hunting for Dave, which is good. EOT 2 more turns till CoL, then Fishing.
Scouting continued towards west; had a 40% chance to kill a lizzardmen with warriror but didn't quite like the odds. Griffon continued its way west to prove the world round, then I'll try to find Dreylin. I think he's pretty directly south (or north, depends how you look at it) from me.

Found Dreylin T64: He's somewhat south from me, but also very close when going left, at least in straight line distance:
I don't think this is his capital. He's also in Aristocracy by now, makes a lot sense to Calabim and looks like his production is pretty high, trying to build some GMs already I'd assume. I might try to harass him a bit with my Griffons if the opportunity comes.
I didn't reveal him the Griffon just yet this turn though.
Also here's demos at EOT:
Dave leads in GNP and Dreylin in Production.
If there's anything a lurker wants to see, just tell me and I'm happy to take more pictures.

Finally on T66 I revolted to Aristocracy, Nationhood and Apprenticeship. This made demos look pretty good for me.
Before switch:
After:
![twirl twirl](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/twirl.gif) . 11f for 22c + the maintenance benefit (5gpt currently).
Also my Griffon was able to finish its duty.
The other Griffon found Dreylin's unguarded worker outside of his borders...
It looks like Janie Mouse might be roading towars a future city site. I might be able to slow those plans a bit ![shhh shhh](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/shhh.gif) .
I have now met all the other players; no other player has met all the others, and only Ventessel recently found my borders:
If he steps too close I have to kill that warrior. No centaurs for him yet.

T67 I got my 6th city:
That lake Fish is going to be pretty good, 6f2c even without Lighthouse.
Some graphs now that I've met everyone. You can cleary see Calabim's GMs being built recently.
Anyone who gets level 15 unit can free quite a few Brigits... Don't think was intended but somehow there's 8 of them.
Looks like I might have to pause pumping out settlers from capital for a while. The barb city NW has been quiet untill now...
Hope they won't go towards Hawaiite...
Oh come on, this barbstack is keeping me on toes, that's for sure. They can still go SE next turn but I can't relay on that, need to move some warriors towards Hawaiite next turn.
Jalepeno also got their GS some turns ago. Now both PHI civs have gotten their first GPs.
Demos EOT 70:
BW ready EOT 72, should help me to deal with the barbs. I'm getting bonus towards BW because Calabim already have it. Also a thing worth to mention is that Dave researched Hunting on T70. For this reason I'm moving my supervision scout towards Dave so that I can see a possible assault coming if he decides to do something with his hunters. Of course he doesn't know where my borders even are as far as I can tell. My SE city would be very vulnerable to any attack if it were to come right now.
City count:
Me: 6
Dreylin: 4
Dave: 4
Vent: 2
Jalepeno: 6
Jale sure is expanding quickly. His 6th city followed his 5th only 2 turns later.

Extra Bridgits are a rookie mapmaker mistake. As I have informed everyone else, please delete the excess Bridgits should you get a level 15 unit there.

Overview of the world (and rescources on T73):
I got three settlers under production, I'll grab the gems/furs for happy, 2 cities there. Then probably one around marble or up to north. Not decided yet.
Annoying bear was standing still on the city spot I was going to settle, it actually sat there for at least 2 turns ![banghead banghead](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/banghead.gif) . I had to sacrafice one of my C4 warriors at coinflip because I didn't want to delay settling too long.
Finally got the 7th city on T74:
I was afraid of pillaging by the barbs but luckily the barbstack suicided attacking Quartzite:
Two settlers coming out next turn settling around gems/furs for extra happiness, then I'm going to grow my cities. Picking up Warfare next for FoT.

I was little paranoid when I saw two of Dave's scouts coming my way, but it looks like they're just scouting and not looking for opportunities:
Notice also OO being found by Jalepeno. Cultists sure are going to be dangerous on this map. What I'm not sure is if Jale should've headed for religion just yet, not sure how well OO works with Dain of the Amurites. Maybe he has some awesome plan for it. Just have to wait and see.
Also I discovered that you can't put chopped hammers into culture. This delayed my border pop in Syenite.
My city list, up to 10 cities EOT 81:
Pretty happy with this. Rival best is 7 cities (Amurites and Calabim).
Bunch of new cities at size 1 that are only eating a lot of maintenance while not contributing much to my empire. It'll get better once they grow a bit. I might post more detailed pictures of each city later (also note to myself to remember to actaully do it).
Someone also got a GB... That's an odd specialists to run this early, meaning someone built a carnival (Harpy event bard is not shown in logs IIRC). I don't think it be Amurites/Kurios as they got their 1st GPs not so long ago.
Demos EOT 82:
Amurites had a very high GNP (around 130-140) just a couple turns ago, they just finished a cheap tech last turn which dropped it below mine which made the demos look very dominant from my point of view ![smug smug](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/smug.gif) .

Sailing done EOT 87 which revealed pearls pretty close to Pyroxenite. I was also was able to finish FoT:
Dreylin start his GA and found my souther borders with his Moroi:
I was hoping he would save the lair for me. Next turn I found this...
Good thing Dreylin didn't want to take his chance and I was free to pop the lair...
3rd great person from a lair. I guess I can't complain much ![neenerneener neenerneener](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/neenerneener.gif) .
I used him for a GA. I was initially planning to use GC from Military Strategy for a GA but I noticed Dreylin already had Phiosophy so he could well be racing with me for the GC. I'm not sure if he has Warafe yet, though. So I was semi-scared to lose the race. For this reason I didn't use him to bulb Currency.
Demos before GA:
After:
Here's the plan for a 2nd GA:
With altering tiles a bit and chopping the forest I should be able to finish Bone Palace excactly when the current GA ends.
CHOP (16) + Basehammers (54*number of turns) + 14 overflowhammers = 462 hammers in 8 turns, which is 7 hammers short. But I can fix this by working the plains tile for 2 turns to end up with 469 hammers in 8 turns. I'm pretty confident I can get this because none of my enemies have Marble yet even though they have had Philosophy for a while (Dreylin and Jale).
