Because I have it and it's so different it's fun and surely some other people have bought Civ 4 Complete at some point in time and since it's unplayed I might have a chance even though I'm bad.

I remember that someone found a way to make the "royal invasion" attack way too early which breaks the game because it's far too small to start. You won't even be able to interact with other players before that happens. So a PBEM would just be a fastest-finish challenge. It wasn't all bad though. Someone made a mod to fix that and various obvious issues which lead indirectly to WPC which has caused much amusement. 
Unless I and other players don't go and look that up to try and break the game, and play it more as it's intended.
Put me down as kind of interested although I really shouldn't and have never played the Civ4 version but really liked the original so yeah unless another person wants to be the fourth...
