OK, enough, this game really needs to finish one way or another. I'll play the turns for Gawdzak so you guys can finish the game. I'm not promising to spend the time it takes to win from his position whatever that is. I'm going to play the turn, end turn, and then log out. Not spending time planning or making an effort to win. I don't really want to play civ turns but I'll give ten minutes a night to it.
I would highly advise not declaring war on me or doing anything that will make the turns take longer for me, as there really shouldn't be any reason to since I'm not going to try to beat you guys to space, or whatever Gawdzak was doing before. I'm just keeping the turns moving. If you guys are OK with that then I can play the turn this afternoon in a few hours, if I can find Gawdzak's password. As for spoilers, I read commodore's thread while he was playing and may have read some of the lurker thread, I don't remember now. Anyway, that's the plan. Is this an acceptable level of engagement? I don't really see how this is better than turning over to AI, but OK, I'll try to help.
