I really can't understand why HAK is so fucking dumb. He keeps something like 30 units across the channel to protect 10 or so pop - and this isn't going to be enough. And this is while having Commodore at his back. In fact, I'm shocked that Commodore made peace with him. From what I know, he could just walk over him and end the game.

So, HAK has exactly 13 pop on my side of the channel and somethin like 50 units, I didn't even bother to count. I can't beleive that he wouldn't prefer to use them against Commodore - I'm pretty sure that they would make a difference. Offered him peace for these three cities. Probably the last chance for reason to prevail...

OK, plan B. I can't really keep offensive against hordes of fucking drafted maces (!!!) which HAK is fielding against me. Instead, I decided to spend a turn of anarchy to switch into Caste System. I will generate a Great Artist and just culture bomb this territory. Will take me 12 turns.
