Which is the main-group for you?
Besides if all Heros belong to a "main-group" the gods would again stand out like a sore thumb.

Brick's death text suggests to me that everyone has safe claims. At the same time, I can't see any reason NOT to name claim, so I'd be pretty happy if Adrien, Matt, Jabbz, Lewwyn and Marcus Aurelius name dropped, followed by the rest of us. Pretty much any Greek or Trojan hero could be a plausible power role, and I cant' think of any obvious torturer characters, so I think it's pretty low-risk.

That would be random and a "win more" mechanism for both sides, though, so it's probably too much to hope for. So I guess we should show some restraint.
Probably this, plus some kind of penalty that ramps up independently of results. But maybe MJW can enlighten us, as he was not opposed to being tortured, and I still believe he is town.
Mattimeo has put himself in a position where being tortured wouldn't prove much, so he's a lynch candidate. Marcus Aurelius remains a good torture candidate. I still think it's a net win to go for a new round of torture, if we get another chance. It seems like a good way to keep scum on their toes, if nothing else.
Still busy, will try to contribute when I can.
If you know what I mean.

I agree.

I don't like zak for keeping his options open in general but that could be from not being able to play confidently due to lack of time. I like rowain for being enthusiastic about my name-claim meta play and scum and scumish players not liking it makes it obvious we should name claim. This won't be enough to override the mattimeo and MA situations for my vote though.

I've just noticed that Serdoa didn't reveal the role on death. This means if you're going to eat it as village you should role-claim for obvious reasons.

Come come gentlemen, let's hear some names.
I want to hear from Mattimeo most. Sorry for nagging if you're busy Matt.
My questions would be,
1. What is your hero name?
2. Why did you want to be tortured?
3. Could you explain a bit more clearly your post here:

Novice's "hey we should lynch the person who could be potentially proven town with a seer-like claim" is also rather suspect.

Did you think Brick knew who the scum were, but was not scum?

Gazglum, why would you want for people to Name-reveal during the Night?

Because my heart yearns for action, and I don't see how it helps the Gods. But i take your point.
