Commodore mentioned something about the PBEM 67 system. That seemed to use a point system with values such as:
4: FIN
3: EXP, India, Inca
2: CRE, SPI, IND, ORG
1: IMP, PHI, Agriculture Civs
0: CHA, AGG, PRO, All other civs

But I can't figure out what the total amount of points was - I'm guessing 5 or 6?
Completed:  PBEM 34g (W), 36 , 35 , 5o, 34s, 5p, 42, 48 and PB 9, 18, 27, 57

It was five points; I was saying something *like* that, but the exact points might vary if Brick thinks.

Other thought; I have two windows, 0100-0300 UTC and preferably 1100-1300 UTC. You guys?

Mine are similar to Commodore's (I think we are both East coast US), but probably can go later.

GMT 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM works best for me. Like Al, I'm playing PBEM 66 in the mornings, but if necessary I could play PBEM70 some time from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM (GMT).

PBEM 67 used five points, but we should tweak things a bit after learning the settings, e.g. in that game, Creative felt very undervalued to me because the map was very lush.

100% agree. Brick, you have a general point system idea for us?

Baring a Brick scream, a more standard setup might be:
4: FIN
3: EXP, CRE, India, Inca
2: SPI, IND, ORG
1: IMP, PHI, Agriculture Civs
0: CHM, AGG, All other civs
-1: PRO

That cool with people?
