Oh yeah Sian kept the turn yesterday but Retep is playing rather promptly these days. He's on top of the scoreboard so he must be having fun

We need to keep an RB blacklist.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.
I write RPG adventures, and blog about it, check it out. Sian is preping for war right now, I sure hope he won't take the game down with him if it doesn't go his way... For now the most annoying part is that he sometimes plays after the end of my play window and I have to keep the turn for a day. It's been slowing the game down the past two weeks.
Grimace showed his hand this turn. I'll have 3 knights and a pike in the area before they get to Thu so unless he has a plan I can't see they won't do anything besides giving me some XP.
![]() I call bullshit on 3 knights dead at 73.8, 76.3 and 91.2%. ![]() And yes they were all on the Shepherd Book side so it's going to delay its conquest till next turn. Left is an archer at 4HP and a spearman at 12HP. Seriously... I expect to see at least one more spear next turn. Not that it will matter. ![]() Attacking the capital next turn? If yes, with how many?
Only 3 knights are in range of the cap this turn, it's unlikely they'll get odds. I'll just move forward the cats and hit it with all the troops available in a few turns
The western front :
![]() NW of Captain Mal is 3 spears and a vulture. I'll need to wait for the cats to crack it. In the east I took Shepherd Book and will see next turn what I can do to the city south of it. ![]() You can see the 7 HAs doing nothing near Thu, they'll get slaughtered by 2 knights and a pike next turn (well 3 of them anyway).
That ha charge into the hold against the guy with knights (I assume he doesn't know about the pikes yet) is pretty hilarious. But otoh just leave them defending at home as a meat shield is just noting and perhaps Grimace doesn't actually want to prolong his existence in this game more than necessary
Any news from retep/Sian? Got a scout in retepland?
Well it turns out I'm not starting a scout in Pappus because Sian decided to throw the game to Retep.
![]() He won't be able to go beyond Euclid. Note that he offered peace for Euclid but I'm not giving him that. He's already ahead of me and I can't let him take cities for free. Perhaps I should have shown him a big defensive force there but I thought the power graphs spoke for themselves... I think the best plan is to retreat from central Grimaceland, take the SE part of his empire, get peace from him (or not, I don't care) and attack Sian from the rear. The only winner here will be Retep. Edit : I just realized that I'm the only one reporting in this game which is a shame. Never knowing Sian's reasons for attacking will probably bug me for a while even after the game ends. |
