Not so fast there DZ ... time to hit back. I lost 4 cats and one phant, killed lots of units, got a GG that I attached to an elephant and recaptured Corinth!




On the flip side, commodore finally decided that he wanted all of that island to my east. He took HAK's cities early ... he claimed three of mine and asked for the fourth in a peace deal. I declined, sunk one of his galleys and then re-offered smile.




Overall - the best turn of this whole game for me!
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

What are the rules for gifting cities away in this game? I have a 1-tile island city that could keep me alive for ages and that just seems like a waste.
What are the rules for gifting great people away in this game?
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

I would suggest, don't. If you've just one city left you might ask in the tech thread if it's ok to retire to AI though.

This seems like the best solution if you don't want to keep playing turns at that point and no one else wants to do it.

I'd ask you not to gift but there's no problem with selling. The rule for cities is "real offers only," which has been repeatedly ignored all game. We had no rules set up for unit gifts but there was a reload right before you took over because Tasunke gifted most of his army away to Donovan.

Yeah - that is an option. Maybe I lose my 2nd last city over the weekend and then I can AI it. I'll ask the other players if / when that happens.
