Very good post tao ann not to complain but still looks like serdoa planted the 12 city like 15-16 after we planted our last and from what i know till now we poached some land from him he took no land from donovan and he planted very slow some more then sure he didnt get too much from others so I am prety safe to say that they got far more land then us or Donovan.

Good observation. He’s also kept a decent power rating throughout and has researched the techs to be able to build quality troops. Still, he’s the one of our three neighbours that seems to offer the cheapest route to an extended territory. And an excellent attitude to war... It winds me up when players try to justify going to war over slights and perceived insults. It's only a game! Do you think you'd have opted for this course without Mackoti's little devil whispering in your ear?

How much of the map have you explored? Do you think your land has any advantages that theirs doesn't? You right Joey might be right, i just talked about land quantity here nothing about quality..., but i see a lit;le bit from a city with flood plains , i can count that and have Gold like resource better than gems.Oh i bet they dont have marble then? They have both marble and stone. And our land is not that stelar 1/3 of it if not more is plains i supose considering that city with floodplains and the amount of land i said i supose they got they have half of it brown.Actualy we have like 2/5 plains, and what i scouted from what will be theyr land is all grass with loads of food. They even didnt hook some fish which was realy close so they aforted that. Actualy looking at what we discovered they have more grass and loads of resource then all what we got in our borders and more then that near every tile was forested there , now they disapeared. So yeah i realy dont see any advantages until now which Tao got over Serdoa. Edit reason: I dont know who created the map so no one should be offended. Is just what i seen from the map till now.Oh and more then that Serdoa has a more then secure checkpoit with us and Dz was near imposible to go anyfurther so.... I definitely would've considered it. There were then a couple of things leading indirectly towards war otherwise as well. Like IW being an economic tech. Or REM building power which meant we had to build troops anyway to not become too appetizing a target (here I didn't know how REM felt about us stealing "his" gold). Mack definitely was influential in planting the idea, but at times it has also been he that has slightly wavered and suggested other routes and I that has pushed early war. Then there's other aspect of teaming with mack. Going into this game I thought I could put up a solid performance, but I probably would've been very happy with finishing 5th or something considering it's my first MP experience. Teaming with mack our chances of actually winning this game went up considerably and that somewhat changes the mindset in regards to how much I push outside my builders comfort zone.

Here comes the overview of the front I promised:
DZ has basically emptied Sevastopol before the war, but any troops we threaten that city with can also be hit by units attacking out from the Ural, and it might be that that's even the smart call from DZ, he's got a fair amount of units, but in a straight comparison our main stack verses his main stack we're definitely bound to come out ahead. Similarily we can easily take Grozny this turn, but in order to keep it we need to put a fair amount of units on the sugar jungle. Mack, do you want to take it from here? I'll be home and able to play in 1½h, but then I only have 2h or so before I need to attend a Christmas party from work and will be gone for the rest of the evening.

Started the atack on ural, we won with a crc1 sword at 28% odds yei, but right after atack with axe and lost at 89% i thiink was, well that alright i supose.
Power in neighbourhood looks is interisting, first is rem after us is gues DZ although he has i think half of serdoa pop for example and he is not totaly unprepared as you seen from the pictures , but he was very unlucky with the geography, and i think he realy had veryone close to him hence low city count but this will find just when we will finish conquest.
some consideration:
1. We will not go sugar tile because there all the units from Ural can atack there and we have just 2 stack protectors so teoreticaly he can send the 2 cats and after just kill 5-6 of our Ha as spear will be so low that will not defend (or maybe is beter to move and make him atack), what you think. 2.I got 2 workers on the hill near the lake so we can road it next turn.I think i will get An ha as wel from the protection. 3.I didnt moved the workers from near toivola on forest becasue if he whips a single spear or Archer we can get the city and he might consider atacking there to destroy those... So what you consider about point 1 take the risk and loose maximum 4-5 ha or not take and hope he will defend in place.I would realy like your opinion on this. Btw;we can grow so we can 2 pop a forge asap and having the popuation in hand would be 'handy |
