Btw Krill with his 22-23 cities just hit 254, he must had some serious noobs near him to take that easy so much land. Why easy beacse he is at most third in power and if neighbour would had defended at least like DZ he would very hard time to make gains. He must have neighbours like commodore which see's neigbour builds crap load of units and he does nothing.I see in future rem beeing very strong after he finishes Comm will ate elkad for a maybe 30 cities empire and elkad is weka at this game.we could stab rem but I dont even consider that as we need to do what we can better for our empire and Rem beeing our buddy is the way here.

Really wish I could read Donovans mind now. It wasn't a small city that he captured either. Is he trying to do a getaway like pindicooter in pb5? Or just a final revenge action for some earlier slight (Azza burning Mardocs Cap in pb18) ? Anyway, I'm happy and lurkers should really rejoice.

I might have an answer on this , perhaps CH prepared to atack DZ , and Dz had seen that and reacted exactly how i would , forget the front to us and go after CH.Like man i hardly do my best to defend here and you prepare to backstab with a puny army, take this you bastard...
So we moved on flat , there 3 cats which can atack so summing they do maximum colateral , which i think si 5 units or maybe 6?dont remeber right now but still he can injure 15-18 units and more then sure 1/3 will go to cats so remains 10 hits if no less and how spears will not dfend i think ony units which will have odds will be the Shock eles.
i remeber in Pb13 how some people were complaining that MH is not defending himself, and i think one of those was Comm and look how he is falling, why you didnt prepared comm when you seen that REM was building so hard and that on his other side was the second army in the world? So i think people were way to harsh with MH then , but i supose in lurker thread everyone is saying how weak Comm is defending...., sincerly i am very glad Comm is getting a smackdown although that mean we will have one the bigger power near us.

Now a litle bit about the siege of mondata, if he atacks out we will take the city next turn otherwise we will need to bombard 1 turn as i dont wanna atack on 75% defence and loosee many units , beter 1 turn later i think...

I think we all can see now that it's looking grim for Commodore (still has some cities, but his old core is gone) and one can question his decision not to build more units at an earlier stage. I'm not sure our own power adds much to that argument though. This is still a relatively early stage of the game and while profitable conquest definitely is a thing, many times an escalation of power between neighbours is based more on an emotional basis where one party feels to have been insulted by the other and the two nations enter a vicious arms race. If people bothered to check, they could see that neither one of REM and us had declared on the other, but there's still room for pink dots, aggressive positioning of units near workers etc. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Reporting on the turn there is one thing which you haven't mentioned at all and that is the attack on Sevastopol. Our main stack is as well known outside Mondatta, but we had some stragglers and random units that were positioned outside the city. Reconstructing the event your attack seemed to have gone like this: cat vs archer: 22% retreat (4hits) archer vs we: 0,4% (flawless loss) axe vs axe: 3,6% loss (4hits) axe vs we: 5% loss (1 hit) spear vs impi: 7,8% loss (3 hits) ha vs we: 12,2% withdraw(2 hits) ha vs we: 83,6% loss (2 hits) ha vs impi: 87,1% win Leading up to a situation like this: So, I'm guessing this is a situation where we're really happy to be first in the turn split? If he got to promote-heal those units we might be in for a rough time taking the city next turn, but I guess he won't have that opportunity?

Yup , he cant touch anithing in new turn, as i said going first ahs adavantage when units clash. |
