The answer is simple "we couldnt".
In fact delivering forces there is quite problematic and expensive. We tried to get him with the second wave of 2 units in 5 turns, but we lost it by 1 turn. Later he could easily hide behind walls, and we had no chance to break him with the "low" blood. The idea was to sit in the city and defend it with what it could produce.

About overwhelming I dont find it as good idea even in the situation we have now. Our economics is not living its best moments and there is no way to turn OH's land into wealth with just 1 worker we had for long.

I have made some estimations about map size and how soon we can get circumnavigation.

New exciting turn. As the old Chinese say: "I curse you to live in interesting times!" lol

First thing the hot war:
OH showed not so crazy to come after us and try to besiege us in our own woods.

However we lost our TRs with Molach and we miss the income from them dearly. And we are trying to get them back by either getting peace with OH, or by finding alternative route to Molach around the southern coast of Zanth, or by sailing east and making connection from there somehow, or by attacking Alexandria again and this time maybe razing it to keep our trade routes open.

While speaking of Molach, we are stuck in somewhat mirrored wall of ice north of his land, just like in Ipecac's north:

We met Mistoltin/Alhazard, who is situated west of Molach and so far have the biggest count of cities in our estimates:

And this is how our core looks:

We grew like 6-7 pop this turn, might have looked like we got a WW or big tech+something. We intend to whip away 4-5 times this turn, so we hope to scare off OH and he either is not willing to get comfortable himself in our woods, or to be more willing to sign peace with us.

To our utter surprise:

We were fearing galley fleet waiting to deal with our drakkar.

Oh, dear! It becomes sweeter and sweeter:

Is there a universe in which Ipecac does not have units in range to kill our chariot if we capture worker with char this turn and wait there, then next turn we raze his city, load worker and char and sail away?

So, after a short and somewhat pre-determined discussion we decided to try to pull this off and landed char capturing worker. To my personal utter displeasure there is an archer who can defend the city next in range. Or he can even try to recapture his worker:

Did you promote the Chariot?
