I wanna go back and try and categorize all our guessed with all our clues, but I'm not able to do so for a couple of hours

My vote is for RULER since Moscow doesn't really fall under state.

Here's how I think we should divide these up

State 4: Washington, Gas, Queen, Moscow?

Snow 3: Moscow, Queen, Night?, Racket?

Lighting 2: Gas, Night

Birdsong Unlimited: Kiwi, Racket?

Fly was not clued.

So yeah it comes down to:

If we think it is more likely that Racket was a clue for Snow, Guess Ruler for State.

If we think it was more likely that Moscow was a clue for State, guess Flute for Birdsong.

I'm going to sya I think we have a better shot with Ruler.

If so my main reason for liking RULER is that it pairs with QUEEN for State...

In any case, I have no problem with pointing to RULER, if you guys want.
