Yet another failed game. I've been pushing out lots of troops and the city will survive at least 1 more turn since it has more defenders than there are real attackers. Nevertheless building up that defensive force took way too much effort. Nyles will be in bad spot too. Even if he would manage to take the border city that is pretty much as far as he can go and probably would end up losing the city soon enough i.e. he would be forced to raze it and therefore gaining just little bit of land in the process and paying a very big price for it.
Nyles still keeps banging his head towards the border city not accepting peace treaty. Both of our games have been ruined a long time ago so I guess this is his way of having fun. I find it totally pointless. It diminishes both of our positions even further.

Maybe when you think you can't win anymore you could try to achieve different goals. Like try to make the most out of the current situation, get as much points as you can or something similar longer term goals that can still be fun?
But I can definitely see where you're coming from with post, Plako.
