Man that is ambitious. I hope it doesn't bite them.

My guesses:

-top 3
shop - buy cloth at a shop
smuggler - cloth is a good that is smuggled
belt - cloth belt
-next 3
arm - cloth covers the arm
torch - a torch is a stick with burning cloth on the end
tag - needs a tag at a shop

Id consider horseshoe as well.

Red team really should have asked "why no motorcycle" or even "vehicle". In this case it would have saved them time guessing cycle.
