PISTOL obviously, we can probably point to that one rather quickly. What else? Tempted by BALL as early bullets were Balls. Vague stirring of possibly the phrase GLASS BULLET, but cannot get anything else out of the brain. Other than that is there a bullet DANCE/VAN?

What leaps out immediately as number 2 is Glass, as in bulletproof. I guess bullets could be spherical, but then why not "Minié" or "musket"?

Ugh, this is hard. I could see either one very easily.

I see Pistol/Ball and I think why not musket or Minié...but on the other hand if you're cluing Pistol/Glass why not Shot: 2?
