My MoO Planetary reserver "Bot"

Just sharing this little tool i made

https://autohotkey.com/boards/viewtopic....19&t=15105

This is first version and i will probably improve on it with customization and speed in mind.

You go into your planets screen and hit ctrl+alt+a and it should spread out the planetary reserver to ultrarich and artifacts planets.
it does not account for the reserve is going down for each transfer. it just transfer a little less than 50% each transfer.

A little less than 50% of what? Total available funds?

Tottaly curent available funds. its not optimal yet think if this as more a proof of concept. its still takes afew seconds to run through a page which ican fix easily in next version

it does double transfering if you planets is show on both page and 2 aka when you have mroe than one page of palents but not enough for 2 full pages.

and trasnfering a little less than 50% each trasnfer means top planets get more than last plannets.
aka
50% to firs tplanets
50% is left
50% of 50% to 2nd planets aka 25%
25% left
50 of 25% to 3rd planets aka 12.5%

I'm hoping this weekend to make an almost total rewrite to enhance speed and implant are more intelligen transfer amount so every plants get roughtly the same amount and all funds will be used
The double transfer to a planets shown twice i cant' figureout how to deal with yet.

Is there any ability to read and interpret text on the screen, or is it all blind-clicking and button-presses?

When you press the = key while allocating reserve spending the game will auto allocate enough reserve funds to double production for that turn. Roughly anyway. It always under-allocates, sometimes by a significant amount, and if the reserve is so large that a single click will over-allocate then it will allocate zero. My point is can your script make use of this game feature instead of using 50% of available funds? As it stands now this is a cool proof-of-concept but is basically useless for a real game.

You can do WHAT? eek

All my years of annoyance with painstakingly precise Reserve-allocation have all been for nought! duh

...I'm gonna go take another look at good old Manual.pdf.

I KNOW RITE!?!?

This was news to me too! Thanks Ianus! This works pretty well if you hit = and the put one more click onto the bar (if you want to make sure to maximize the amount of rushed production).

Also, another handy thing would be to have a button shortcut to then instantly change the ECO spending back to the breakeven "CLEAN" amount after allocating reserve spending. Because, unfortunately, some of that reserve spending will initially go towards the ECO spending, so you have to manually decrease the ECO slider to the new breakeven point and put it towards whatever you want if you want to be truly optimal with reserve spending. That is a pain having to do that at many planets each turn!

I LOL'd. rolf

RTFM, is there any problem it can't cure?

Well, I looked and it's not in the Manual. Maybe it's in the one of the patch-notes like B for scrapping Bases, or C for espionage reports.

...Nope, not in the 1.3 patch notes either.
Where exactly might I find this feature officially documented?

Now just to be sure that this wasn't all some elaborate hoax, I fired up an old MoO savegame and pressed = in the Reserve-Allocation window and lo and behold, it does in fact work. It's a little finicky and doesn't react properly to worlds that have already been boosted, but if you're feeling lazy, it will be mostly correct. "= and then one notch right" will serve to fill up a planet's production most of the time.

Heh, glad I could help. That is the most obscure game function I know about though. Of course I would have assumed that it would be documented somewhere. I wish I could remember how I learned of it...
As for a function resetting Eco that would be hugely handy! Especially for those times when Eco spending is auto-allocated to a half-click which you can never get back after you manually readjust.
