Plus if you took phi, you would then have 8 points so eg India phi/cre or inca phi/sip would be the power options there. Any suggestions appriciated

One problem I do see with the map now is cap moves. I'll edit some food around for that shortly.

A couple other thoughts:
-Don't see a need for preplaced forts or barbarian cities, I'd say just let it ride.
-GLH is fine.
-Natives have two fairly useful uniques plus Agriculture, no need to make them negative.
-I'd bump CRE up a point, and India up a point.

Ok cancel the forts and barb city. I take those 2 point additions. You're fairly happy about the different civ costs otherwise?
I get what you mean re ph/sugar, but 1 has a 1t move to a 4f and floods/copper site! I won't be too concerned though.

2: CHA, AGG, PHI, Ottomans/Maya/Byzantium (with WELLIE ban)

Immortal difficulty. No barbs as requested. GLH allowed.
Is the proposed list. I suppose it is just are we ok with FIN/IMP or FIN/ORG with port/celts? I think with the high amount of food it should be ok. I'll wait and see if BGN or TBS want to add some suggestions there. I'm quite keen to be bringing some different civs into play rather than the usual zulu/france/ottoman/egypt though.

I rechecked their settings - it is quick speed and no barbs - does that change anything? I think without barbs perhaps IMP should go to 5 too...

Eh, it's okay. Quick makes Creative and Inca a bit better, but not a whole other tier better.

Cool I'll issue the points to them then!

Final list - taken some TBS points. I want the -1 civs to be truly unused civs to see if we can bring some out. Added Germany as I forgot them and removed port. With high food count fetorias could be useful, especially with fin.
You have 10 points
7: FIN, EXP
6: India
5: Inca, CRE
4: IMP, ORG, HRE
3: SPI, IND, Zulu, Sumeria
2: CHA, AGG, PHI, Ottomans/Maya/Byzantium (with WELLIE ban)
1: Civs that start with Agriculture Tech unless otherwise stated, Greece/Rome
0: America, Native America, Civs without agri not already stated
-1: PRO arabia, germany, celts

So far it seems a Cathy of babylon and a Huyana of Mali...
