We can definitely rule out lock. It's 2 of ambulance/time/Rock really. Are we all agreed on probably ambulance and we need to debate whether he also wanted us to avoid time?

The ROCK-Flight connection is tenuous, but I think the TIME-!Vault connection is strong (In addition to a time lock, I'm not sure if anyone else knows Magic:the Gathering, but Time Vault is a card there. I'm used to playing Codenames with M:tG geeks, though.), and there's still the potential for Cooking-TIME. Remember also that Flight 5 was a desperation clue. He thought it was our last turn. Some of the links will be weak.
What could he have qued to just remove lock - I think key is about as related to time as vault is. Tumbler? Bit tenuous to lock. Yale? Can't rely on us knowing lock brand names. Most other things are not that obvious to do both.
I really think he is trying to just remove lock with vault. A time vault isn't really something - a time lock on a vault is. If the word lock wasn't there I doubt we would be thinking they were related. Really really strong on ambulance/time
Yeah, I agree that AMBULANCE must be one then. But then we have to vote on TIME/ROCK. REM doesn't believe OH linked TIME + LOCK with Vault while I think me and pjabrony think they were linked - but are we overthinking, who knows?
I don't see how key would connect to TIME. Had OH done key 0, I'd definitely only see LOCK and a thin connection to AMBULANCE. TIME links better to flight than ROCK obviously but then again Vault is confusing me, hard to say, I'm like 50-50 here with ROCK/TIME. REM is right that TIME doesn't link to vault directly without LOCK. But I think LOCK + TIME is so clever 0 clue that it's hard for me to not think that, argh... What does ipecac say about all this? Anyway, I think we can guess AMBULANCE now and if that's wrong we don't have to waste Red's time anymore. point to Ambulance
Oh yeah, one more thing if OH was to only rule out LOCK why'd he use Vault and not something simpler to remove only LOCK. Like I think bolt, key, trasure (maybe something else too) would only lead to LOCK (of those words we thought about). But instead he used Vault.

I just think the link between rock and flight is really tenuous at best. Horseshoes fly if thrown in a game of coits. Cards are thrown by gambit. Flight and time are rather strongly connected on the other hand. A 'flight time', and a 'flight of time' are both very good connections, arguably more than model and snowman. I don't really see much connection between vault and time - it is a time lock on a vault, and I think we are reading too much into it. I cannot think of another word to cue for avoiding lock and not involving time (edit actually canal!) Still think on balance time is more likely. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
