Yeah, can't be bothered to create a new list for my Workers & Units, so it's a Crystal Palace theme ... again!
For city names, I'll use places I've lived &/or worked, and the surrounding areas; so if you're from Sarf (South) London, Sussex &/or Kent you should recognise them:
Croydon
Addiscombe
Elmers End
Beckenham
Bromley
West Wickham
Carshalton
Bognor Regis*
Chichester
Selsey*
Billingshurst
Ramsgate*
Margate*
Broadstairs*
Cliftonville*
Sandwich*
Deal*
Dover*
Canterbury
Chatham*
Gillingham
Rochester*
Herne Bay*
Whitstable*
Hopefully i'll get to use all 25
*these will be used for coastal cities (if there is a coastline)

There were 4 items in your list. Here they are in random order:

You have 10 points
7: FIN, EXP
6: India
5: Inca, CRE
4: IMP, ORG, HRE
3: SPI, IND, Zulu, Sumeria
2: CHA, AGG, PHI, Ottomans/Maya/Byzantium (with War ellie ban)
1: Civs that start with Agriculture Tech unless otherwise stated, Greece/Rome
0: America, Native America, Civs without agri not already stated
-1: PRO arabia, germany, celts
Please post picks in threads, unless major objections I feel that duplicates should be allowed within reason, because quite a few civs have specific point costs to try to open up the field from the usual suspects.
Map taster info - fully hand crafted. SMALL 40x40 (based off small doughnut script if you wish to generate a map that size) VERY rich in resources. Stone/Marble are present but not easily reached early. Highly balanced but not mirrored/duplicated. FLAT map. IMMORTAL difficulty (it is very rich!) Moderate amount of water, but you could easily get away without a navy. GLH NOT banned. Scout starts for all.
As per your choices, no barbs, quick speed
Unusual tiles note - to spice up naval encounters, there are a few jungle/forest tiles hidden in the seas - these will give a defense bonus. Think of them as rich but dangerous to attack into lagoons, or places on the high sea that are rather dangerous.
You're player 3!
Here's your start - fogazing should be treated with caution, but the map is unlikely to change tbh.
Have fun and good luck!

I've got a few combinations i'm looking at; all the leaders kind of fit with the Crystal Palace nickname "The Eagles" which will appear in my Civ as the Eagle Empire (which yes can be misread/spoken as "Evil Empire" lol).
Currently mulling over:
1. Catherine (9) of Babylon (1) - Imperial/Creative with improved Archers for the UU (Bowmen) - Fast production of settlers will make for REX-ing and the Culture bonus will negate the need for monuments to grab land points quickly! And those Bowmen will be great defenders early on, especially the bonus vs Melee. ![shhh shhh](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/shhh.gif) Was considering teching Hunting -> Archery, for the Bowmen, first anyway, so those Deer are superb to see ... please don't remove them!
2. Bismarck (10) of Mali (0) - Expansive/Industrious with improved Archers for the UU (Skirmishers) plus the UB (Mint) is great synergy for Industrious ![bow bow](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/bow.gif) - again Hunting -> Archery will be first priority, the map confirms it, to get those Skirmishers out. But is the extra possible first strike better than the Melee bonus? ![yikes yikes](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/yikes.gif) Fast production of Workers will mean I'll get through my list quickly, and have idlers .. again.
3. Huayna Capac (10) of Mali (0) - Financial/Industrious - same arguments for Bismarck really with Commerce bonus over fast production of Workers. Actually this last one doesn't really fit with the Eagle, so, out of petulance, I may discard this option.
You know what? I think I've just talked myself into taking Cathy of Babylon

Looking at that start, I'll settle in place and grow on the Floodplains. Well, not initially as I'll build a Worker first, while teching Hunting. As I'll get the BFC quickly, the Worker will build a Rice(?) Farm if Hunting isn't in, otherwise it's a Deer Camp; worst case scenario, he builds a Road. It may be risky, but I'll build a 2nd Worker; unless Archery is quick and then I'll let the city grow on a Bowman .. or two ... then a Settler
In the meantime, the Scout will head .. eeny, meeny, miny, moe .. west! If he falls into the water, let's hope he can swim.

Turn 0 - 4000BC
Did I make the right choice? Should i have wasted a point and gone with Mali instead of babylon?Only time will tell, I guess.
Settled in place (Croydon*) as mooted earlier. A Hill city for Bowmen is awesome! Going with a Worker first. And set the tech tree for Hunting -> Archery. Let's get those super Archers up ASAP! Hunting is a given tech as those Deer will be within my culture very soon!
Hmm .. started with a Scout (not Babylon's usual start unit). Calling him Ian Wright! Sent him 2N1W as the Forest/Jungle/Hill will hamper his advance westwards.
*name is derived from "Cro Denu" which means Saffron Valley .. would've worked better if I happened to have Spices around instead of Dyes, but saffron dyes food yellow so hey-ho!

Turn 1 - 3940BC (Yes, I'm going to post every turn! ![rolf rolf](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/rolf.gif) )
Was going to say: Not much to report - Ian Wright moved 1N2W into a strip of land heading northwest, wonder where it leads?
However, borders popped at end of turn so I can already see a couple (or 6!) possible city sites:

There are certainly no *right* city sites on this map - so much choice!
