Hi guys, sorry for tagging on this post but I don't seem to be able to post a new thread (yet?).

Some questions to help Ray recreate the MoO1 experience.


1) In MoO1 does research progression scale with size of the galaxy (and/or # of empires)? If not, should it? (Particularly when rotp galaxies get ridiculous)

2) In MoO1 does the # of tech projects generated on the available list vary by poor/good/excellent rating in a field? If so, how? OSG says 75% of techs go on the psilon list while other races get 50%. That doesn't sound quite right.

Anti-spam measure, you need 10 posts IIRC before you're allowed to create a new thread. I'm pretty sure that posts in the Testing section of the forum count, and you won't bother anyone by replying to one of those threads eight times to get your count up.
