Turn 63 - 480BC
Settled Selsey in not a completely ideal position, especially regarding Khan's Marble city - he might be annoyed, but I've nabbed a Silver tile. I have Southgate & Johnson in the city, and, as Adrien has 2 Skirmishers lurking - probably wants to settle a city here himself, Gray & Coleman are en route. I expect he'll be petty & declare war when he gets the turn.
The action above hasn't helped with this next action - I was able to finally 2-pop whip a Settler @ Bognor, overflow into a Worker. However removing the Bowmanmeans I'm over happy-cap again (but the Silver will help that).
Luckily this didn't affect tech too much - HBR will take 2 turns @ -56g/turn. But i have 148g banked, so that's OK.
Sansom moved 2N,1E to look at El G's Gem city.
Pardew: finished Road on horse pasture @ Chichester.
Pulis: put a turn of pre-chop into a Forest @ Croydon.
Holloway & Freedman: continuing to build the Thanet Way to Ramsgate.
Burley & Hart: moved to the Silver @ Selsey & started a Mine.
Warnock & Taylor: put a turn into wet Wheat Farm south of Chatham.
Dowie: put a turn into a Cottage @ Canterbury.

With cre don't forget you will realistically nab any shared second ring tiles.

It was a panic settlement as I forgot Adrien couldn't attack me for 10 turns; I hope Khan will forgive me
Don't think that's a major issue, it's only a couple of grasslands (one forested) that I'll have the edge on.

Decided to return Coleman back to Bognor to keep a lid on the unhappiness there. But Gray is still heading to Selsey in case either Khan or adrien come calling. Southgate & Johnson are now fortified there (shame it's not on a hill).
Paul Hinshelwood (Bowman) joins the squad @ Croydon & heads to the Gold/Deer city site.
Probably foolish, but I 1-pop-whipped the Settler @ Chatham to speed up when the Galley arrives. Hopefully it'll be quick enough not to send the city too deep into unhappiness.
Pardew: moved onto a Desert Hill @ Chichester & started a Mine.
Pulis: heading to join him.
Holloway & Freedman: finally connected Ramsgate to the Road Network.
Burley & Hart: finished the Silver Mine @ Selsey - that'll help the Happy-Cap, for now.
Warnock & Taylor: finished the wet Wheat Farm south of Chatham.
Dowie: finished the cottage @ Canterbury.
Settler now en route to Margate site (near that wet Wheat Farm that's just been finished).
Sanson moved 2N - nice double-Gem city, El G, looks a bit like mine .. might have to go for the pair at some stage

Horseback Riding is in! Calendar will take 3 turns @ 100% tech (costing 62g/turn). 0% yields 25g/turn, so 7 turns @ 0% pays for it; ceteris paribus.
Pardew: put a turn into a Mine @ Chichester.
Pulis: joins him to team up next turn.
Holloway & Freedman: chopping into the Work Boat @ Ramsgate.
Burley & Hart: moved and started a Cottage @ Selsey.
Warnock & Taylor: moved & started a Grassland Cottage near Margate site.
Dowie: moved onto a Hill @ Ramsgate & started a Mine.
Trevor Francis (Worker) joins the squad and moves to join Dowie.
Sansom moved 2N.
Incidentally, 0% now yields 28g/turn; that cuts the wait down by 1 turn.

Pardew & Pulis: put a turn into Desert Hill Mine @ Chichester.
Holloway & Freedman: Holloway finished chopping out the Work Boat @ Ramsgate; Freedman put a turn into a Cottage.
Burley & Hart: finished the Cottage @ Selsey.
Warnock & Taylor: finished the Cottage near the Margate site.
Dowie & Francis: Dowie put a turn into the Mine @ Ramsgate; Francis stil en route to join him.
Sansom moved 2NE.
Calendar will take 3 turns @ 100% tech costing 61g/turn (total 183g); 0% yields 27g/turn, so 5 turns before I can ramp up the rate.

Turn 67 - 320BC
Pardew & Pulis: finished Mine @ Chichester.
Holloway & Freedman: finished Cottage @ Ramsgate.
Burley & Hart: moved to a forested Grassland @ Selsey ready to pre-chop.
Warnock & Taylor: moved to Cows @ Margate site ready to build a Pasture.
Dowie & Francis: Dowie finished the Mine; Francis almost with him.
Sansom moved 2NE.
Maybe foolish, but I settled Margate (*afterthought - will rename this to Gillingham after all) this turn; Broadstairs & the Deer/Gold city (*calling this Margate) will be settled next turn. Another Settler was built at Croydon which will head onto the Stone Island north of Chatham (St Mary's?) by using the Galley which finished this turn.
The above will change these figures dramatically, but, at the moment, Calendar will take 3 turns @ cost of 72g/turn; 0% yields 22g/turn, so I'm looking at 6+ turns before I can afford it.

Changed my mind again. Margate will remain as is, the Gold/Deer city will be Deal. Dover to be on the south coast, Sandwich on the southern Wine, and Herne Bay will be up the east coast, eventually. The Stone island city will not be St Mary's now, it will be Rochester. Right, that's set in stone!
Deal & Broadstairs settled this turn, Dover next turn, Rochester 3 turns later.
This Rexing is going to affect the tech figures. Calendar will take 3 turns @ 100% (-92g/turn) but 0% yields only 14g/turn; 12 turns to wait .. eep!!
Sansom moved 2N,1E.
Pardew & Pulis: now working on a Route from Croydon to Deal (will connect to the Sandwich site).
Holloway & Freedman: now working on a route to connect Margate & Broadstairs to the Network.
Burley & Hart: pre-chopped a Forest @ Selsey; will finish this to chop into the Granary there.
Warnock & Taylor: started the Cow Pasture @ Margate.
Dowie & Francis: moved to Grassland @ Ramsgate & started a Cottage.
Steve Bruce joined the squad & set on a building a Route to the Dover site.
Buddhism spread to Selsey @ end of turn ... ugh!! El G's got a Confucian Missionary heading my way ... hmmm.

It seems like IMP is really crashing your economy. Any short term plans to pick it up?

Turn 69 - 240BC
Pardew & Pulis: working on their route to Sandwich site & Deal.
Holloway & Freedman: working on the route to Margate & Broadstairs.
Burley & Hart: finished chopping into the Granary @ Selsey & one of them started a Cottage.
Warnock & Taylor: finished the Cow Pasture @ Margate & one of them started a Road.
Dowie & Francis: finished the Cottage @ Ramsgate.
Bruce: working on the Route to Dover.
Attilio Lombardo joins the squad and heads to join Bruce.
Ooh, Ian Wright was flown home by Adrien getting a culture boost. Sending him on auto-explore, hope he doesn't get himself into trouble.
Nigel Martyn (Bowman) completes the garrison @ Selsey.
Sansom moved 1N,2E.
Settled Dover this turn ... oops! Now only getting 1g/turn @ 0%. Better improve this before I settle Rochester!!
After some tweaking, got it up to 6g/turn; hope some cottages grow asap!
