I took pics, just didn't upload them yet.
Here's the force that attacked me in the beginning of this war. The enemy Knights you can see here are dead now, I think, although they defeated the force in Traer.
That's the force that finally punched through the stronghold of Sentar. There had been lackluster REM attempts at doing so before this screenshot, including unloading a small group of Knights next to Madrid and trying to reach Sentar from the East. Naturally, this small group had been exterminated by my pikes. REM later smashed a small ragtag bunch of longbows and pikemen against my Musketmen at the eastern city of Decir. I think that was a sign of this war annoying him a bit, although maybe he just wanted to reduce his unit maintenance.
It now marches on Madrid, only somewhat diminished and partially supported by reinforcements. Madrid will definitely fall... its Great General Knight unit, ironically named Jean d'Arc (this ain't no Orleans, sadly) hasn't even completely healed yet, being one of the few survivors of the grand Sentar battle.
Also in Madrid is 2metra's scouting chariot, which really should've been renamed "CNN" or something. I actually enjoyed this war a lot. Contrary to my initial assumptions, I seem to be better at vanilla Civ than at FFH, where I underestimate the unique FFH-enabled approaches taken by my human opponents.
