Did something happen to Wannabe or his comp? Is he involved in some other RB game? Do we need a sub now

My idea is that we let this turn roll as Wannabe has already made a log in and, presumably, has chosen production / research. Given his situation, I don't expect that one missed turn can noticably harm him at any other manner, unless something is prepared to start a war against him next turn. If he will be absent by the end of next turn - we may start to look for a sub.

Sorry for missing turn, I thought I still had time. Summer is a bit tricky for gaming, my wife will literally declare war if I spend any more than a tiny abount of time in front of computer for the next 2-3 weeks.

But I can do better.
