Pitboss data usage

I'm going on holiday in Italy soon, and where I'm staying doesn't have good wifi, so I'll mostly have to use data on my phone to play in PB 32. But I have several options for getting that data, and which one I choose depends on how much data I'll need to play.

Does anyone know how much data (in MB) it actually takes to log in to and play a turn in a pitboss game?

If you're logged in the next time, hit Ctrl+S to save the current PB-Game. This will give you the current save game size. It will be transferred during login and increases from nearly zero up to a few (<5) MB. This should be already the biggest part of traffic.
The save game will be transferred with 10kb/s. If your connection is unstable this could be aborts (which leads to the so called "upload bug" on the server's side. But that only tangents your question.)

After the login, only short status messages and ingame actions will be transferred.
=> During a short PB session max. 10 MB should be transferred.

Thanks a lot, that is really helpful. Makes it cheaper for me to get data through roaming than use one of plans/options my carrier offers (Since I won't be using it for anything else).
