I've been doing that in every PBEM ever and have had no issue with it. I think that's fine.

my PC wouldn't do that initially, so I've got into the habit of downloading & moving the save into the correct folder

replayed my turn & sent t118 on
PBEM12 - Shaka of Inca [6/6*] PBEM18 (Apps) - Augustus of China [4/4*] PBEM31 - Hannibal of Greece [jnt2-4/5*] PBEM72 - Willem of Oranje - Dutch [3/4*] PBEM74A -Catherine of Babylon [4/4][*ended early]

This save is looking good. No more wrong build names. I'll try to replay my battle moves in the same way but I don't think the rolls will be the same.

Edit : I just won 4 21% battles in a row, I like this save a lot better smile

What if Civ4 is already running? I suspect that this would be the same as loading on top of the already loaded game.

This is the only game of unmodded Civ4 I'm playing at the moment, so that issue hasn't come up.

Good game, and thanks again for the map and point scale, REM. As a note for anyone reading my thread, I made a lot of incorrect observations, sketched out a bunch of laughably impractical plans, and had to be gently led back to sanity by my good friend on multiple occasions. I'm definitely looking forward to playing more games here!

Also, does this mean we can read the 74B spoilers? I'd love to know if I was right about what's going on over there hammer
