- My third pick was vanilla town.

Re: mafia godfather: coming up as town if investigated by a cop is pretty nice, no?
I would agree. So discarding it is a town tell?
(Emphasis added by me)
In retrospect, these couple of posts from Novice seem very suspicious. It looks to me like scum fishing for town cred, and trying to ensure that they have a town lean from someone. Village wouldn't care as much, they would just go on to hunt more scum. I'm not the only one who thought this although I dislike one of the posters so far:

Null tell.

Novice's posts also feel scummy to me in regards to the Prometheus case because they (to me at least) appear to all be small nitpicks rather than actual accusations, and he just dumps his vote on him at the end without having really proven that he is scummy.
Other thoughts
Prometheus, and why I'm not voting him
Prometheus seems to be coming under fire for a variety of reasons, but none of them feel that convincing. Criticising someone for not following the RB logic orthodoxy is at best a cheap additional reason to vote someone, and at worst an easy way for a scum to justify a vote. People thinking he is scummy because his posts have inconsistent tone also feels off to me, everyone was a beginner at some point and expecting in his first game a consistent tone from him is in my mind another cheep shot at the newbie
Rowain
Rowain's behaviour makes no sense as village, and I would be happy to vote for him if there was any chance of him actually dying. Constantly splitting hairs with someone who looks very towny looks like an easy way to smear dirt on an otherwise unassailable position, and even if he isn't scum he hasn't exactly done much to help the village.

Ok, I'm getting what people are saying about Prometheus being new. Also, if we do make a mistake, better to lose a self-professed Paranoid Gun Owner than a Roleblocker. Also, I would feel better about pushing the Rowain kill through while I am alive, because he is hard to get.
So I will join Jkaen on Rowain. Dp, are you in? But I think we would want 4 or 5 votes, otherwise it becomes risky. Lewwyn is out for the night on Prometheus, for example.
Prometheus, would you join a Rowain lynch, if Meiz wasn't going to happen?

Summing up my thoughts on Rowain. None of them is a smoking gun. All of them together, and you can smell the powder.
- Apparently sloppy play around the discards, which is out of character for him
- Claims a very convenient role for scum
- Night 1 he announced he would lock in his vote on two characters we now know were town (or so I am assuming for Jkaen)
- He made a blustering attack on Jkaen that was full of holes, then dropped it completely, though no new information had come forward
- He refused to vote until just recently, then unvoted again
- He has refused to scum hunt of his own accord
- He called for a mass role claim, which I think was anti-town
- He bulked out almost his entire day by quibbling with me over small things
- When asked for suspects, he suggested me, but was unable to come up with any reason for it and then dropped it, just as he dropped Jkaen
- He has refused at any point to give a big picture view, because he doesnt' have one that he can coherently pitch
- He is a better player than this.

Oh, I forgot perhaps the biggest thing, which ROwain himself just alluded to.
If Rowain is town, why aren't the scum jumping on the mislynch? For a paranoid gun owner, mislynching is the ONLY way they can get rid of one our strongest players. They already have two 'fooled' town: Jkaen, who is almost confirmed town, and me, who has a history of getting my teeth in and not letting go, even when I am wrong.
This is an absolutely perfect time to take out Town Rowain, but the scum are holding back. Why would they do that?

I hesitate to attack Rowain, because the last time I voted for someone, they ended up as Town, and we can't afford, really, to lose anyone else who's on our side, and because I was getting a very "not-scum" vibe from him when reading his posts. However, as I don't have experience with him in other games, that may just be my inexperience talking, and laying it all out like that is hard to deny. And, I agree, PGO is a better role to lose than Roleblocker if we're wrong, as it is impossible to clear him without killing him. Though, that falls into the same trap as Novice and my reason to accept mislynching Psilly D1... Still. Rowain

Yes Gazglum that is absolutely right.
You see PGO can't be killed by scum without one of them dying themselves. So they have to hope that I get lynched. But I fear that at least 1 scummie feared this trap so much that they all have decided to not vote for me in the least. Perhaps they also didn't want to have to fight me.
Noone commented at all besides speaking in my favour bu if I go by that I land with too many scums. So I don't really know what to make of this play so far.

You voted for Adrien and would have killed him so step down from your high horse

Here we disagree.

Yes because you were the only one besides Jkaen who claimored my lynch at all.

I have brought forth what I still think as the best play for town.
